This would have been 5 stars per our usual experience but we have a hornets nest at our mailbox, I let our technician know it, he said he treated it but the hornets are still there. My wife is highly allergic and we need it resolved ASAP

I signed up for an 18 month service. After that time frame I felt that their service was over. I find out that via my home camera system that they are still servicing my residence. I called to fi d out why this was happening and the manager stated that since I hadn't call to cancel that i was placed on a month to month renewal. I read over the original contact and there is nothing in writing that this will happen after contract ends. I requested a refund for the last 5 months of service due to not requiring this service and was denied a refund and told it was up to me to cancel this service. I feel that this is fraud and theft of services. I have never continued to receive anything after a contract end such as a subscription to a magazine or anything else I receive. I believe that this type of practice is fraud and I pay $80 a month for a every 3 month service so that $400 dollars that GREENIX stole from me. If I were to stole this money or service without authorization I would be in jail. This should be aloud and I will be informing the Better Business Bureau for a complaint. Besides that I believe that the service wasn't working for my residences cause I continued to have all of the issues I had before during this service.

Greenix was great!! I called on a Friday morning and they had someone out by 4pm. Super affordable. I always thought it was going to cost a few hundred dollars to get any ant/pest control. Not the case at all. Will recommend them to my neighbors.
Tyre was my service professional who came out, he was very thorough and showed me every spot he treated. Very happy with my experience!!

The people that came out were very professional. They explained to me what was going on and how often they would be coming out and if I needed extra services they would be able to come out and do them at no charge. Thank you for your service you did an excellent job thank you. Price I paid was for the whole year not for a single visit
