Kevin treated my lawn today. As usual, he was unobtrusive, and efficient. He made a reçomendatoin for grub control, which I wiĺ take under advisement. My lawn looks great.

This is a general comment. For years I’ve been with you guys and have always asked Spring Green to have the service guys keep an eye out for issues that look like they could turn bad. To date, this has never happened. Not only do I now have brown, dead grass in patches (too early for red thread I’m guessing), but the issue that we’ve tried to address in the backyard bare spot still hasn’t been dealt with (2 years & counting). An “attempt” happens, and then no follow up to make sure there’s improvement. Someone there needs to take a proactive approach towards addressing issues and stay focused on follow through. Partnering with a homeowner, that cares about his lawn, goes a long way. If your business is just to treat and leave, then I’m with the wrong company. Nothing wrong with that for some people, but not a fit for me. One suggestion is to have a manager check the lawns monthly to make sure we stay ahead of potential issues, rather than reacting to them.

Kevin was very professional and respectful when performing his job. He takes time to move items in my yard so he can fully apply product on all area’s of my lawn. Kevin has been taking care of my lawn for a while now and my lawn has never looked better!

Spring green is great and Andrew did a wonderful job. We get our lawn and mosquitoes done and they don't miss a spot. Without mosquito spray our yard is not enjoyable
