Great, safe, fun housing for students. It is easy to communicate with them via email. The move in process was smooth and fast. I was afraid that the building would turn out to be different than the pictures on the website but I was wrong. The rooms are clean and more on the newer side. Amazing location. Walking distance from a lot of places. There is a Starbucks next door.

My son just moved in for the summer, and the move in process was very smooth. His room is a good size and in good condition. The AC is working well, which is a huge plus in NYC.

We had a miscommunication about furniture when he moved in, but once we talked with the manager, Jared, he promptly resolved the issue. We were very thankful for his assistance!

We are hopeful that the rest of the summer will continue to be a positive experience!

Here’s a polished, heartfelt review highlighting both Jarod and Ginerda:

⸻

I had a wonderful stay at Found Study Turtle Bay, and I want to recognize Manager Jarod and his amazing team for making the experience so memorable. Jarod runs this hotel with true professionalism and care—you can immediately tell that he takes pride in both his staff and the quality of service provided.

A very special thank you to the cleaning crew, who truly stood out during my stay. They were kind, hardworking, and incredibly detail-oriented. The room was always spotless, fresh, and welcoming thanks to their dedication. It made such a difference to come back to a perfectly clean space every day.

The hotel overall is extremely clean and well-maintained, which gave me a lot of comfort and peace of mind. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. Thank you, Jarod and crew, for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate all your hard work and will definitely be coming back!

The staff was a perfect 10 — thanks, guys! Everything was perfect: the facilities, security, atmosphere, and neighborhood. Highly recommended. I hope we can meet again sometime. Best regards, and thank you.

My daughter just moved in last month and has been very happy here. The rooms are spacious. There is a huge laundry room. The kitchen area is nice, although the stoves aren’t the best. They have a well equipped gym. I recently had an issue with paying the rent and Dante in leasing was fantastic to work with and assisted me quickly and to my satisfaction. Overall I would highly recommend Found Turtle Bay.
