Our maintenance supervisor, Alejandro, is truly the best! He is punctual, efficient, incredibly knowledgeable about the property, and always friendly. His communication is consistently clear, and he goes out of his way to work around tenants' schedules. He deserves a huge shout-out for making my experience living at Xchange so seamless.

We lived in the 8000 building at Exchange for two years, and honestly, we really enjoyed our time there. We moved in while I was pregnant and ended up having our first baby while living there, so Exchange will always be a special place for our family.

The 8000 building itself was always clean and well maintained, and the front desk staff were great. They got to know us, were always friendly, and were really helpful with packages. One thing I weirdly appreciated was how clean the trash room always was — it never smelled, which is not something you can say about every apartment building!

We also loved all the green space and walking paths around the community. We used the park all the time, especially after having our baby. Laurel Hill Park is also an easy walk away. There are a lot of free community events throughout the year, and many of them are family/kid friendly. Having Kiddie Academy right there was also a huge plus once we had our daughter.

The gym is probably one of the best things about the building. I used it regularly, and my husband is a huge gym person and was really impressed with it. There’s a lot of equipment, and the golf simulator was a fun bonus for him.

The location was pretty convenient for getting into NYC. The shuttle buses were generally reliable, and Penn Station was a quick ride away. Getting to Hoboken and downtown Manhattan was also pretty easy.

Of course, there are some things to be aware of. We lived on the ground floor, and unfortunately the walls/ceilings were pretty thin, so we could hear the neighbors above us quite a bit. The community is also pretty large, and delivery drivers sometimes got confused about which building they were supposed to be at, so packages occasionally ended up in the wrong place.

The biggest thing we wished we had nearby was a real grocery store. There’s a small convenience store, but the hours and selection are limited, so grocery shopping usually meant getting in the car. EV charging also wasn’t the most convenient.

Overall though, we really liked living here. No place is perfect, but the combination of the amenities, green space, family-friendly atmosphere, gym, and access to NYC worked really well for us!

I had a wonderful stay here! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything made for a relaxing experience.

A special thank you to the front desk, Nicole of 200 building lobby, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. She greeted me with a smile, answered all of my questions, and made the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. Her excellent customer service truly made me feel valued as a guest.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

We recently moved into this apartment community, and the entire experience has been amazing from start to finish. The leasing department went above and beyond to make the process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. They were professional, friendly, and always available to answer our questions, making us feel valued every step of the way.
Moving can be overwhelming, but the leasing team made everything so easy. From the application process to move-in day, everything was organized and seamless. They were very accomodating of our situation and really worked with us to make sure we could move in quickly and on time. They truly care about their residents and made us feel right at home from day one.
We are so happy with our decision to move into this complex for all of its amenities and comforts, but even more thrilled that the team here has it together. We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place with outstanding customer service.
