I highly recommend this apartment complex over all of the others in the area. I toured several others and this place really stood out. The apartment homes are beautifully appointed and well thought out. The area is absolutely wonderful. From the moment that I toured the development with Deven, I knew that I was going to be in good hands and that l was going to call this place home. Deven treated me like a real VIP. The level of customer service that I received was Outstanding.
Deven is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He took the time to go over every detail with me. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. The amenities are quite nice. The clubhouse is gorgeous. The development is new and it’s very clean and modern.There are charging stations and garages. Janee was amazing as well. The entire staff is very hands on and efficient. They have social events and fitness classes. Please come and take a tour if you’re looking for a beautiful place to call home with an incredible atmosphere and a hands on experienced staff to guide you through the process.

I want to thank you and management for handling this snow storm so well. I am so impressed with how quickly you all responded to clean up. It started mid-storm on Sunday and by Monday afternoon we were all clear. My last apartment would have taken days to make things passable. The clean up team helped me dig out by bringing the snow blower to my car. They made it easy ! This is such a lovely place and so well managed!

Since moving in this past November, I have had an ongoing issue with excessive noise from the unit above me. This includes constant running, loud banging, and hover boards being ridden inside the apartment, often beyond quiet hours. This is far beyond what would be considered normal apartment living noise. I have reported this issue repeatedly and provided proof through recordings. Despite this, it can take weeks to receive a response from management, and the replies I receive feel generic and dismissive. I am told the neighbors are “cooperating,” yet nothing has changed. The lack of timely communication and meaningful action has made this experience very frustrating. I would strongly encourage management to take resident concerns more seriously.

I moved here about 3 weeks ago and I must say this is a beautiful place to live.feels like you live in a 5 star resort. Everything is kept very nice and clean.The office staff are very friendly and helpful people. Deven assisted me through the whole application process and was very kind and helpful. Also had to put work order for a few simple things and the maintenance responded quickly and is very polite and courteous person, had very good communication with me as to when it was ok for him to enter the apartment. Love all the amenities they have from the club house to the dog park and my packages being secure in the main office. So far I’m very satisfied living here.

My boyfriend and I came to the property last week and were immediately impressed with the clubhouse. It feels like a hotel when you walk in and the team onsite was very nice and helpful. We really liked their 1 bedroom lofts since we both work from home. Looking forward to moving in!

DO NOT COME HERE. I was constructively evicted from my apartment due to a serious and ongoing roach infestation that management failed to fix. I shared my first sighting of a roach in my kitchen—within a week of moving into the property at that—immediately with the management team and still continued to see roaches two months after the fact. I couldn’t use my kitchen for that entire time. They were in the cabinets, drawers, on my packaged food on the counter top (see attached). Additionally, I was given less than 24 hours notice that an exterminator would be coming to my home during the work week (notice that I received only when I asked what else could be done at that rate because I was at my wits end), simply told “they will be there tomorrow.” I couldn’t take off of work with less than 24 hours notice and so I had asked if there were any precautionary measures that I should take/what the chemicals used would be, stating that this was because I had medical conditions so I wanted to protect myself. Management failed to even acknowledge receipt of my message, the exterminator came to my place (I could tell because they had moved my things around), and I had to follow up on my ignored email. I remained in constant communication with the management team, trying to work with them in good faith despite the uninhabitable conditions that I was trying to deal with, yet was met with complete ignorance and absolute incompetency. The following week, I suffered from severe asthma attacks that forced me to seek urgent care at a patient first. Even the garage that I had paid an extra 200/mo for was corroded with bugs.

Further, I have been receiving messages from my neighbor, complaining about management’s failure to address the trash situation: there are piles of trash left out in the entryway for days—you can imagine the smell.

This was truly an absolute, horrific nightmare for me. Please save yourself and do not come here.

My wife and I recently viewed the Hopewell Chapter and were not only impressed by the modern apartments and amenities, but the warm and welcoming staff that helped us decide to make this our future home. Deven and Janee were great at helping us choose the perfect apartment layout we wanted and answered all of our questions. My husband and I toured the Hopewell Chapter Apartments on a whim today. Deven was able to immediately fit in a tour with us; he was excellent at sensing what we vibed with in an apartment and was able to accommodate seeing multiple units. We were amazed by the wonderful layouts of the one and two bedroom apartments. The Clubhouse and amenities were also superb and beyond what we have seen from any other apartments in the area. We were so taken with the apartments, that we came back a few hours later to walk around the property. Deven recognized our car and came out to offer to show us more of units that he thought would be a great fit for us. We ended up seeing three more units and can easily see ourselves moving here soon.

Can't say enough good things about the professionalism from the staff and the thought put into the design of the apartments!

I recently met with Kari Maxwell a friendly and well informed leasing agent, and toured the spacious and modern apartments at Hopewell Chapter. The property is certainly designed for the current times, amenities abound as well as modern security features. The two bedroom corner unit has a bright and open layout, with lots of windows looking out at the green lawn and wooded backlot. Even the one bedroom units felt open and homey. Kari gave me her full attention and gladly answered all of my questions. Hopewell Chapter is aptly named for it truly is the next “chapter” in modern living.

I toured the Hopewell Chapter apartment complex recently and was shown around by Natalie Metz, the Regional Property Manager. It is a lovely development and I think the pool and outdoor area will be awesome when done being built. Natalie was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The apartments are well-built with great appliances and design; large windows let lots of natural light in and the fourth floor units I saw have additional loft space. We recently toured the Hopewell Chapter Apartments, and we were so impressed. I wasn’t expecting to find something this beautiful and modern! The layouts are super unique, especially the two-bedroom. The kitchen was beautiful! Everything felt spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed. It has high-end finishes and TONS of closet space (which I always look for!).

The amenities really set this place apart— the gym was perfect, as well as the pool. There was also a clubhouse. You can tell they put effort into creating a beautiful space to enjoy and not "just a place to live".

Also, the management team was amazing to work with, super professional and welcoming. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re apartment hunting!
