Sweetwater was the 4th company I had contacted about getting a water purification system. The first 3 all told me it was impossible to do it without damaging my concrete foundation. Jim E came out and gave a fantastic Demo and assured me that it's not necessary. I could tell right away Jim absolutely knew what he was talking about and that he takes great pride in what he does, because he knows what he's selling is truly excellent. Extremely charismatic, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. 10/10 service. Bought the life time warranty and will be using this water softener system for hopefully the next 60+ years!

Just had our gas hot water heater replaced. They came the very next day with the unit I'd picked out at Home Depot. Reggie was super professional, friendly and answered all our questions. He also discovered how the water pressure was low in the house and took care of that first. I didn't ask him, he just detected it and took care of it. The quote I was given didn't change either. Gave us very good advice as well. I highly recommend this company after today's experience. 👍😁

Sweetwater Home Services was absolutely exceptional, and I could not be happier with the experience. They replaced my hot water heater and recirculation pump, and the entire process was handled with the kind of professionalism, care, and pride in workmanship that is getting harder and harder to find.

From the very beginning, Gina was fantastic. She was responsive, helpful, organized, and easy to communicate with. She made the scheduling and coordination simple, kept everything clear, and made me feel like I was dealing with a company that actually cares about its customers. Good communication makes a huge difference, especially when you are dealing with something as important as hot water in your home, and Gina was excellent every step of the way.

Reggie was the plumber who came out and did the work, and he was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly very experienced. He took the time to look everything over carefully, explain what he was doing, and make sure the installation was done correctly. You can tell when someone is just trying to finish a job, and you can tell when someone takes real pride in their work. Reggie definitely takes pride in his work.

The replacement of the hot water heater and recirculation pump was done cleanly, carefully, and properly. The finished installation looks excellent. Everything was neat, solid, and well thought out. Reggie did not rush, did not cut corners, and made sure the system was working the way it should before he left. He treated my home with respect, cleaned up after the job, and left everything better than he found it.

What impressed me most was the combination of great communication, skilled workmanship, and genuine professionalism. Gina made the process smooth and easy, and Reggie delivered high-quality work with confidence and care. That kind of teamwork says a lot about the company.

I would absolutely use Sweetwater Home Services again and would recommend them without hesitation.
