My review is super late...but better than never! If I could give this company and it's affiliates more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Petar originally came to my pool as a courtesy to help me detect the source of a leak that was hiking my electric bill up beyond the roof. Sadly, what was found was far beyond what I was expecting. Now, with that being said, Petar addressed and diagnosed the issue, explained the severity of what was going on and assured me that the work done would assist in ways that would provide me with peace of mind. Once him and his team got to work, I was a little nervous (considering the amount of work being done seen below in photos) but I was constantly reassured that at the completion of the work I would be satisfied. My spa/pool has been running better than it ever did 6 years ago when we purchased the house, and I truly have Petar and Magic Pools to thank for it. I was quoted reasonably, checked on throughout the entire process by both Petar and his team. A small issue arose with some paint, but it was quickly made right. I was really appreciative of the extra attention given to cracks surrounding the pool that were filled in. I truly appreciate Petar and his team for their professionalism, patience, knowledge and understanding of the severity and importance of their work.

Specific work done: piping and leveling of spa deck and spa piping, screening/fixture around spa deck replaced accordingly. Filling in of cracks on pool deck, pool drained and grout cleaned, pool deck and spa deck primed and painted. Pool was also refilled and chemically balanced :)

I paid about 45k

* Price-to-scope ratio was extremely strong for Central Florida.
* A lot of companies would easily quote:
* $20k–30k resurfacing/remodel
* $20k–35k screen enclosure
* $5k–15k drainage/deck work
* Combined turnkey packages from bigger pool companies can hit $70k–100k+ fast, especially after financing and change orders.
* I essentially got:
* a cosmetic facelift,
* structural refresh,
* drainage mitigation,
* upgraded enclosure,
* and improved curb appeal/resale appeal
for what many people pay just for a premium screen + resurfacing package alone.
* The “brand new pool” feeling matters.
Went from an aging Florida pool setup to something that is modernized.

The important part :

The pool functions, it does not leak, the drainage works, the finish looks good overall, Magic pool construction stood behind their work.
The pool visually turned out very well, the drainage operates functionally, the enclosure is brand new and at a great price, overall transformation was great.

When there was a leak with the pool, they corrected it right away. Timelines slipped quite a bit, deadlines were pushed over and over but overall solid work, good visual pool and the kids love it.

Petar with Magic Construction Group built a beautiful pool for us in less than 4 months ! It’s absolutely stunning! He’s very professional and personable—guided us every step of the process. We were treated very fairly-his communication with us was transparent and he was frequently on site personally supervising the build.

My husband and I hired Petar for the construction of our pool, the pool enclosure and the installation of pavers for our patio.

Petar was very professional, he is knowledgeable and detailed oriented. I truly appreciate his communication and responsiveness throughout the process. We constantly received updates and he was always a phone call away. Petar was constantly present at the job site to ensure everything was done correctly.

From beginning to end it was a very smooth transition and I would 100% recommend Petar (Magic Construction Group, LLC). He took our vision of what we wanted in our backyard and delivered within the set time frame.

Thank you Petar for making this a stress free experience for us and we are beyond happy with the end result!

Peter and his team build a beautiful massive in ground pool, concrete pool deck and enclosed all that with a stunning screen enclosure. All of this was done in less then a year, not to mention that we had three other companies stating that due to the paperwork and permits as well the material shortages we would be looking almost two to two and a half years for completion. Peter not only helped us with speed on the permitting and engineering, he also helped us with a design of all above as well supervised and managed his team all the time during the construction. Hiring Magic Construction Group was our best decision ever and we highly recommend this bunch of hard working people and a great professionals! Looking forward working with them on our next project on outdoor kitchen soon!
