I got a text from the company saying the representative (Matt) was able to meet with me earlier which was great as I really wanted to get the issue resolved. The company I met with the day before gave a bid of $11,000 and Matt’s bid was less than $2,400. I highly recommend this company.

The Trenchless company did an excellent job I had an old clay pipe with lots of root intrusions that they were able to replace without having to dig through the flooring in my house. I am so grateful for the exceptional work they did for me. They were professional timely and kept me updated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them

They replaced some drain pipe under the house for us in 2024. They were expensive, but I thought that they would do a good job. Then, they replaced much less than what the contract stated, and I had to go to their office to talk to the manager with my contract to prove that they hadn't completed the job. After reviewing the contract, he agreed and sent them back out to complete it. I appreciated that.
At the time, I didn't realize that many plumbers would do the job for a lot cheaper since I just needed open trench. Also, Trenchless charged me over $2k for 25 ft of drain pipe more than I had paid for replacing 30 feet of drain pipe under another part of our house about two months prior. And with the added hassle of having to talk to a manager and prove my contract to ensure the job is done right; it is just not worth it. My advice--read your contract closely, because you may need it to make sure they completed the job you paid for.
We have an old house, and I have worked with multiple other plumbers since then and never had a bad experience like we did with this company.
I think they focus on business clients, and since we were homeowners, they were late and sloppy. They told me that had big jobs with wineries so that is why they were late, etc.

I cannot say anything negative about the Trenchless Co. I had cracked pipe through my kitchen sink into my master bathroom. I tried going through warranty until they discovered that. That already wasted 1 month of my time. Then I was referred to them by the warranty company, and that is the best thing they could've done for me. Lucy got Eric to call me ASAP, and Eric came out the next day. From that point forward, it was only professionalism, honesty, and transparency. Eric walked me through every step, and then the crew was phenomenal after that. Sean and Ricky, I owe yall big time. They were the most respectful guys, and they wanted to make sure their cleanliness was up to my standards. It's literally a crappy job, and yet they gave me the best experience. They hated being the bad news people, but I respected the honesty from the jump. No scams here and great craftsmanship. I hope no one has to go through what I went through, but if you do, theres no better company and a group of guys than the trenchless Co.

I would give The Trenchless Co. 10 stars if I could! From the first call with Lucy for scheduling to the crew completing the job, the entire experience was outstanding. This was a challenging slab leak that had stumped multiple other plumbers and detection companies, but this team stepped in with confidence and determination. They solved the issue and professionally executed the repair. The workmanship was excellent, communication was great throughout. I’m so grateful for this crew.
