We tried the samosas, which had a fantastic, loud crunch when you bit into them. The pastry shell was perfectly golden and flaky without being greasy at all. Inside, the potato and pea filling was beautifully spiced with cumin and coriander. Paired with their tangy tamarind chutney, it was the perfect bite. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Swati's samosas took me straight back to my school canteen in the early 2000s! The first bite brought back so many memories. The filling has the perfect balance of spices and flavors—well-seasoned without being overpowering—and the crispy, golden crust is just right.
Hands down, these are the best samosas in Baytown. Fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. If you're craving a classic Indian samosa that tastes just like the ones we grew up eating, Swati's Food is a must-try. I'll definitely be ordering again!
