I've used Reset Appliance Repair twice once for my broken sensor on the washer/Dryer tower and now for installation of my new dishwasher. They are prompt with response and able to fit my in right away. Didn't just install a dishwasher really made sure it was done correctly. Made sure it was centered and leveled. Always professional, education and cost is reasonable. I will be using Reset again.

Our 15 year old dryer was making a funny whirring sound. Rick was efficient and knowledgeable. He replaced the rollers + idler pulley + belt. He had the kit available on site and completed the repair quickly. It is purring like new!

Rashad and his associate were very friendly and very professional. Installed a double drawer dishwasher for us and we’re happy to help. It went very smooth and they were very detailed and patient. Highly recommend.

When I arrived home from work on Friday I realized our oven would not heat. I called RESET appliance and was able to make an appointment that same weekend and had rhr option for Saturday or Sunday at no extra charge. I scheduled for Sunday afternoon and Nick from Reset Appliance repair called the same day to see if he could arrive early, which was great! He showed up promptly and quickly diagnosed the situation as a faulty igniter. He had the part with him and was able to complete the repair in under an hour. The repair price was fair and came with a 90 day warranty. I appreciated Nick’s promptness, professionalism, and price and would recommend RESET Appliance repair to anyone. I certainly will call them again for any future appliance repair needs!

Roy was fantastic. I had to call on a weekend and the price was still reasonable. Roy, was Professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He explained the issue clearly and handled the repair efficiently even with me hovering because I think it’s cool to watch people fix things lol! When the refrigerator decided to be stubborn and act up again, he was able to come back immediately and troubleshoot. Now my refrigerator works better than it did before it broke! We’d absolutely recommend him Reset and appreciate his great service.

I had a fantastic experience with Reset Appearance Repair! They came out to fix my dishwasher and install a new slide-in range, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and high-quality.

The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the dishwasher issue quickly, and had it running like new in no time. The slide-in range installation was done perfectly — clean, level, and with great attention to detail. They made sure everything was safe, secure, and functioning properly before they left.

It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, professionalism, and great customer service, but Reset Appearance Repair really delivers on all fronts. I highly recommend them for any appliance repair or installation needs — reliable, honest, and truly top-notch!

Sam was available right away and knew exactly what to do to repair our fridge quickly at a reasonable price. Apparently our part was hard to find but somehow they got it in one day which was amazing. RESET was super easy to work with and I will definitely be calling them if we need any repairs again, but hopefully not too soon! 5 Star service for sure. Awesome job!!!
