Waheed Popal came to fix my toilet. He lied and told me replaced a part and charged me $200.00. When I asked him for the part he replaced, he handed me some random part. The problem continued and I called him back and he apologized for lying and wanted to fix it properly. Disappointed and I will never use the company services again.

Price was RIDICULOUSLY HIGH! for the plumbing job done in my home by this Company!!!
PS: once they have your Credit Card number there is no way back.
Having talked to plumbers since using Bosco, I realize now that they charged about 5 times what those plumbers would have charged!
Regarding the owner response....no the work was not done within the last year. But reviews good or bad shouldn't "expire" after one year. Plus you want me to give "the new firm a try". Why would I when after researching who AtlasCare is, you appear to be an HVAC Company combined with the ORIGINAL Bosco company who still offer plumbing services? Therefore my review remains totally appropriate and is an accurate reflection of my TERRIBLE experience with BOSCO! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!!!! STAY CLEAR!!!!!!! Worst experience ever.

Bosco did some replacement plumbing and did not stand by their 2 year work warranty,

Plumber also damaged the shower connectors causing them to loosen behind the wall .
We had to RE-OPEN walls at our own cost!!
Bosco did not want to accept responsibility even through their own photos served as proof
We were forced to hire another company to fix the problems they caused.
Boscos Director said “well at least you got a good price for the work done.

Very happy with the service and the professionalism with this company. They gave us an accurate window of the time that the technician would arrive. Then they sent a picture of him with all the precautionary measures they have taken with the pandemic going on. Following that, we got a notification when he was about to arrive and another when he did. Like clockwork Jonathan, the technician, arrived to replace a new hose for our kitchen faucet. We were very happy with the level of professionalism and how much care that was taken to do the work in a clean and reasonable amount of time. David, his manager called to made sure we were happy.
I highly recommend using this company for all you plumbing needs, very impressed!

My wife and I are very very happy with the job that Bosco Home Services did of replacing the outside service line pipe running from our home. Brendan, Andrew and their entire crew were so nice and professional - they answered all of our questions in a very patient manner and had a great overall attitude about the work that they performed. This is how a business should be run and operated. They were on-time (actually early which was great) and work very efficiently. We liked the fact that they were very respectful to our home and worked in a safe and careful manner. After the job was completed - they cleaned up and made sure that everything was running fine with the new pipe installation. Thank you so much for making things run so smoothly. Highly recommended!

Alan Macdonald was the plumbing specialist sent to our house last week when we encountered plumbing issues(water leaking). Not only did we received notifications advising us who was coming but also when they were on their way. I must say this is a great service to provide customer's with. I can't say enough about Alan. From the moment he walked in the door I felt confident about his abilities. Alan is very professional/ knowledgeable/ honest and personable.
