I can't recommend Neville enough!

Less than five months after another company serviced our clogged sink, the same issue came back. Neville didn't just clear the blockage and call it a day—he took the time to investigate and identify the actual root cause of the problem. That level of thoroughness and professionalism is hard to find.

From the moment he arrived, Neville was honest, knowledgeable, and one of the most down-to-earth plumbers I've ever worked with. He explained everything clearly, never tried to upsell unnecessary work, and genuinely cared about fixing the issue the right way.

Going forward, I won't be using anyone else. Whether it's an emergency or any other plumbing-related work, Super Plumber will be my first call and I will request for Neville. I would confidently recommend his services to anyone looking for a plumber they can trust.

I called the Super Plumber after a nail clipper fell into the toilet from off our upstairs bathroom counter top.

The toilet was blocked up and plunging didn't help because of the steel nail clipper. Brett came out like within 50 minutes of calling this service and Brett was knowledgeable and able to help get it out. He used an auger first but it didn't get it through to the drain pipe. He ended up taking the toilet off and the matter was flushed - so to speak lol.

Thank you Brett and thanks super plumbing. All in all, job was about 315. An expensive nail clipper ever.

But now our American standard toilet is working as it should.

We had Adrian, Gilberto. And Don here to fix an catastrophically failed water softener. They were extremely professional and went above and beyond, staying nearly 12 hours to make sure our water was back in working order and being accommodating of our newborn baby in the house. so far... good. Gillberio was good. diagnosed issue.. that was done for free under a current promo. Still could not fix issue which will take expensive repair and power wash of the line... I feel ok i am getting the right story but price is alot. could not use camera as its too big to fit in order to validate.

The service call was appreciated and Brett seemed very nice. The quote was way too high. Price was triple what it should be and then promotions etc designed to make it seem like a good deal but price still several hundred dollars more than what I paid for the same repairs elsewhere.

Adrian was so helpful to me. Beyond the plumbing inspection that he was there for, I told him I was having trouble with my water softener. He very quickly found the problem, and stayed to make sure everything was working okay. He was congenial, friendly and professional. A really great guy!

Adrian installed a kitchen faucet at my house. Arrived on time. Prepped the sink area by removing old scale deposits before installing the new faucet and even did a nice job applying silicone sealant to waterproof.
