Fantastuc personal service & hard to find items that I need to manage my husbands medical conditions..Highly recommend -- ask the employees if you are in need of something but cant find it in stock they are extremely helpful. So glad I found this alternative to large major chain stores.

I can't say enough good things about all of the folks at Balboni's Pharmacy. After being a C*S customer for years, I was frustrated that one of my medications was constantly "out of stock". My Father in Law recommended Balboni's last year and I haven't looked back. Going from a Big Box pharmacy to a Mom and Pop drug store has been a pleasure. They are always a text away (and a person, not a bot answers - telling me to have a nice day and giving real time updates on my prescription questions or statuses). Because of a considerable medication and allergy list, they spent extensive time talking with one of my practitioners who in turn told me how impressed he was with their commitment to me and my health - something that never would have happened at my previous pharmacy. They provide exceptional, personalized customer service - as a disabled person I am unable to get my scripts myself and my husband cannot always get there, so they have even offered to deliver, for which I am extremely grateful. At Balboni's, their business feels like a community instead of a corporation, and I would rather support that kind of establishment any day of the week.

Hands down the best pharmacy around! Staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to pay attention to every detail. You never feel rushed - they genuinely care about their patients to make sure everything is handled accurately and efficiently. They know every customer by name!

Their delivery service is a huge bonus to make life easier. And there’s always a friendly voice who answers the phone after only a couple rings. Highly recommend Balbonis!

I’m changing pharmacy’s from (cvs to Balbonies)i’m a disabled veteran.
I have multiple medication’s that I have to get on a weekly and Monthly basis, my psychiatrist has been trying to get me to change to Balboni’s for like a year and I finally made the change. I haven’t even physically gone in there yet and I can tell that they’re gonna be 100% better than Cvs due to the fact that they spent almost a half hour on the phone with me when I called to make sure all my prescriptions were straight compared to CVS they don’t even answer the phone.

This pharmacy is a small neighborhood pharmacy in North Plymouth I’ve been going here for about four years now after getting fed up with Wallgreens and CVS in the long waits you feel like just the number so I made the change to Balboni drugstore by far the best pharmacy I have been to the pharmacist and everyone there is great to work with always a smile and willing to listen to a story

Balbonis Pharmacy is definitely my go to pharmacy. They were pleasant and EASY to work with! CVS and WALGREENS are a nightmare, Balbonis treats you like family and makes sure ALL issues are resolved. They don’t make you wait nor do they make you do the job of the pharmacy. Go in with a peace of mind, they’ll handle everything.

They made sure to fill my dad’s prescriptions all at the same time and dealt with the insurances to resolve the numerous issues that came up!

Balbonis Drug Store is an old time staple in the area! They take pride in putting the community first. Always fast and amazing service! If you ever wonder where you can get your medications without the long waits and poor service, this is the place to be!

This is an old fashioned pharmacy. It's like an apothecary from the early 20th century. This is a family owned business and the personnel make you feel welcome. Highly recommended. I've been coming here for 4 years since I moved to Plymouth and they are far nicer and better than the large pharmacy chains. You will have a good experience here.
