I had a very good experience with Barsh Automotive in New Waverly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for auto care. Jeff and Jacob were both accommodating and understanding. I appreciated their sincere efforts to keep me informed as to the progress on my repairs and their honesty.

We called two days prior to the visit to ask for a quote about recharge the ac system and was told it would be around 200 and if the orifice tube needed to be replaced it would be about $300. Came in to have the system recharged - over an hour later they came back with a full inspection (that I did not ask for) of the car and told me the compressor was weak due to dirty air filters. They showed me a picture of the air filter and then gave me two different quotes - one replacing the filters and compressor - the other replacing the filters, compressor and lines/parts associated with the compressor.
I left with the quotes to return home to see just how dirty the filters were. To my surprise, the engine air filter did not look like they pictured they showed me. The cabin air filter was not filthy as they suggested.
After further troubleshooting, it was determined the blend door actuator failed and needed to be replaced. Barsh failed to properly diagnose the issue and charged a female more than a male. I paid for a recharge of the system in which they charged me $293.
Very disappointing with the diagnosis of the issue and the price discrepancy.

Barsh Automotive was brilliant, professional and fast. While I waited a little less than an hour I watched television and browse the internet with the provided WiFi. They also offered a great financing plan if I needed it. I will definitely be back for my vehicle servicing needd

Came in with a flat tire from our work truck as we had a job in the area. They fit us in even though they were busy and got us out in the road. Saved us some major time!
