I've experienced friendly and informative exchanges with the manager and office staff when need-be. We have had Synergy for about 3 months now prior I used another service where they were inconsistent with showing up for my mother. Synergy works hard to ensure coverage for the agreed upon schedule and they call ahead for future changes / holidays so that the work coverage is met. The caregivers are caring and work with the client to address their needs. I highly recommend them!

Synergy has been a lifesaver for us! When my stepfather could no longer drive we needed someone who could take him to appointments and to run errands. Uber didn’t have the personal touch we were looking for and also we needed a service with consistent drivers, reliability, and the ability to accompany my step father in to his appointments. Synergy has been providing in-home services for my 91 yo mother for 7 months. They provide care to Mum across 2 shifts most days. Each of the caregivers has been kind, sensitive, and well-trained. Communication with the agency is excellent and every attempt is made to transition new staff as smoothly as possible. They truly care about their clients and involved family. They strive to create a comprehensive care plan that ensures continuity between staff. I highly recommend this agency.

I have had the pleasure of working with Michael at SYNERGY HomeCare for a few months now and couldn't be more pleased.

Micheal always gets back to me and addresses any of my concerns rapidly and professionally. Micheal matched us with Shirley and that has proven to be a great choice. Not only is Shirley very good at her job, she is like having a member of the family coming over to help out. Having a trusted person like Shirley helping Dad gives me the much needed breaks I need.

Mike at Synergy has been very helpful. Came out to introduce himself and went over the plans for personal care. Came back with the home health aid on her first visit to introduce us to her and her to us. She turned out to be a perfect fit for the client. Recommend Synergy Home Care for personal care.
