We had the pleasure of having Dane help us fill our propane tank today, and he was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It’s great to see Tractor Supply have employees like him who genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. We just wanted to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Dane!

Posting this review as a five start review for the Waxahatchie location and a one star for the Glenn Heights!

I had an online order that we needed quickly and we paid $70 for same day shipping. Unfortunately, the delivery of late, delivered the next day. I was seeking a refund for the same day service that was not fulfilled.

When I tried to reach out to customer service, centrally, I never got an email (2x attempts) and was on hold for an hour+ (2x attempts).

After all of failed central attempts, I contacted the nearest store, believing it had been shipped from that location. The Gleen Heights team, both assistant managers/leads and the manager, were simply impossible to work with. They consistently misrepresented policy, found reasons not to help and backtracked on statements their team told me on the same series of phone calls. I made little to no progress with them, other then being directed to Waxahatchie store.

This is where the story turns around. Kristy (maybe spelling wrong!), the assistant manager or supervisor, immedidately listened to my concerns and started working on solutions. It took a couple back and forth calls as she worked with the internal ticketing/customer service options, but she provided one of the BEST customer experience instances I have ever seen. She was extremely informed, professional and kind throughout, despite it being a bit of a hassle to solve.

The Glenn Heights location could learn a thing or five from the customer service that Waxahatchie provided!

We stopped in to get a gift card for my wife's father. Chris took care of us and was very helpful....he displayed something you don't see very often....which is customer service. This is a great store with a great product selection and a very helpful staff.
TSC is a wonderful company with great products...without the inflated prices.
