I felt so comfortable from the very first visit. Doctor and staff are very attentive and friendly. The doctor actually reads the intake form you fill out, and asked me questions regarding what kind of past experiences I’ve had, and what kind I would like to receive. I was quite impressed by the caring demeanor and felt heard and cared for. I hope to be a longstanding patient for years to come!

James Miller DDS and all the personel here at Kennedale Family Dentistry were all very nice and professional. He explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, he listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable about the procedure he was going to perform.

My wife started having severe tooth pains starting Sunday. We called the office the next day morning and were able to get her in that same day for an evaluation AND extraction. Everyone from the front desk, the technicians and nurses, and Dr. Miller showed what an exemplary dentist office is supposed to be like.

Originally came to get a second opinion and am so happy I did. Dr. Miller is very informative and careful with procedures/ cleanings! He has great bed side manners! The kids are always treated very nicely and everyone is super friendly!

Dr. Miller has wonderful bedside manner with kids. He is gentle and kind and his team knows just what to do. They give blankets and keep you warm while you get your cavities repaired!

I went to them with a wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted. I did let the staff know that I was not very fond of dentists or doctors in general. But the staff was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. When it came to the extraction, it was fast and I felt no pain. I would highly recommend them.

Office recommended from adult kid, she liked the friendly of staff and knowledge of dentist. I scheduled and approved of her reviews. Dentist is very knowledgeable, made great recommendations, and has a sense of humor.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I chose this office based on the positive reviews, but our experience was completely different. We waited over an hour past our appointment time and were never even seen.

When I asked how much longer the wait would be, the front desk told me they were “cleaning a room,” which felt dishonest. When we were finally taken back, the tools in the room were visibly dirty (though sealed), which made me extremely uncomfortable—especially since I was there with my baby

Wonderful dentist office. Maria is so super sweet. Dr. Miller is a great dentist. He didn’t push me further than I could go. (I had two molars extracted) he gave me breaks and was very patient when these teeth were super difficult

This was my second visit, and today I had a cavity shaved and filled. The whole process was smooth and comfortable, and the staff made sure I felt at ease the entire time. They’re also really good at keeping up with appointments and making them quickly, which I appreciate. Great service and friendly team I definitely recommend this office!
