Love this branch!! Awesome experience recently with Natalia. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and interested in what was best for me, the client. She was very efficient and understanding of how another credit union was sticking it to me. She has saved me a ton of money and I cant say thanks enough. I will definitely seek help from her when I need help.
Kudos to Erik, he has helped us before and he obviously knows how to run an efficient, friendly and helpful ship.

I was referred by a member to finance my new car loan with MSGCU, specifically to work with Henry, the branch manager at the Canton Branch. I had an excellent experience joining through digital services, and Henry promptly sent my loan documents via DocuSign. He was very thorough in explaining everything I needed to close the deal and was incredibly easy to work with. My check was FedExed to an out-of-state dealership, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. MSGCU offers the best rates in town and outstanding service. I highly recommend asking for Henry 😊

Michigan Schools & Government is my first credit union ever,and I am very pleased with years of professional services and positive outcomes i have experienced such as great loans and outstanding credit cards.
