My poor sweet little boy hurt his back on Wednesday night and I couldn’t get an appointment at the vet for a week. I needed to have him checked out, and get him on some pain meds to help with his discomfort. Thankfully I found the perfect place. The staff and doctor were terrific and took excellent care of him and me!
Hopefully we won’t need to return but if we do I’m glad to have them there.

AcutePet Solon’s professionals were outstanding. They provided the care and clear instructions I had not been able to receive from my vet. From the front desk to the tech to the vet, everyone was kind, compassionate and very clear about next steps. As I move forward with more testing for my dog, they provided a steady hand when I most needed it. Thank you!

I am so pleased with their care that my Cavachon received here. She hurt her leg on a Friday evening running around with the zoomies. It didn’t improve as the weekend went on, so I found this office on a Sunday morning.
Booking was very simple on their website. They took us back on time, the staff was ABOVE and BEYOND caring and compassionate. Everyone from the reception area, to the vet technician and veterinarian herself were so caring and loving with my dog. She unfortunately has a torn ACL which they were able to assess and give her medicine to make her comfortable and gave us some guidance moving forward. I was worried since my dog hasn’t take medicine and the tech showed me how to give it to her by giving her the first dose at the office. By the time that I called our regular vet this morning, they had already received a report from the this location with their detailed notes which was so efficient and helpful.
Count on AcutePet urgent care if you’re ever in need of a loving and compassionate place for care.

I didn't know what to expect, they were not our regular vet. But they were so caring and compassionate with us and our Louie, we felt at ease. The showed so much respect for him and our wishes. Thank you for making my last moments with him so loving.❤️

On March 7th I unfortunately had to say goodbye to Fidget, my cat of 10 years who id had since the day she was born, due to heart failure. When calling to make the appointment, the lady on the phone was extremely kind and empathetic. She went out of her way to share a personal story of a pet she'd lost too. Once my roommate and I got there, they were extremely polite and understanding and supportive. And as much as the whole process absolutely sucks and hurts to go through, the vets here were patient and helped as much as they could. What I really hadn't expected was receiving a condolences card from them today. I can see why they're rated so highly, everything felt more personal and like they actually care compared to more "clinical" treatment other places had with a previous pet of mine I'd lost.
