It was great meeting with Scott Destromp from New Bath today to discuss our bathroom remodel. Scott had some good ideas and shared the jacuzzi products they offer. He had independently knowledge of the product, the company and installation process which helped us understand what lies ahead.

I watched Chris performing the installation he took great care on the small details and kept us updated every step of the way. He worked tirelessly and took no breaks even after a 10 hour day. He was polite and professional.I would definitely recommend Carefree to anyone who asks. Great job Chris.

Dalton Daley and his partner arrived on time, made sure all surfaces were protected, did the work thoroughly, cleaned up when they finished, and showed and explained how everything worked. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Our installer Paul Caruso was outstanding. He was incredibly experienced, polite and personable, and a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work. He worked for 10 hours straight on the first day, and encountered challenges of a 120-year-old house with a positive attitude. On the second day, he was at our door at 8 a.m. sharp with a big smile, carrying a heavy stack of vinyl flooring on his shoulder. It was amazing to see how one person, with the exception of the plumber, could install a beautiful walk-in shower and flooring, in less than two days.
