I was geofarming a particular route and I had set a budget based on that route. Originally it had a little over 700 recipients, then when I went to copy the order with a new post card design, it went up to over 1000 recipients, messing with my budget and my audience. It was a shame, I couldn't get an explanation as to why it changed, in the end I chose a different route and that also messed with my consistency. I hope this isn't a regular thing, because what good is geofarming without consistency. I'd be better if I just got the lists and did it myself if I can't rely on the consistency. Also, on another note, It would be nice to have at least one printed sample sent to me so I can tangibly see what my potential clients are receiving. Quality of print, etc. I would pay an extra couple dollars to see the one sample.

The customer service was out of this world. Juan was able to answer all my questions and help me through the initial setup process. If you are looking for a good mail house for your real estate business, this is it. The ease of use of their system was a big relief.

I’ve been using ITI Direct Mail for years and they’ve been nothing but solid. Juan makes the whole process easy and actually works with you instead of just selling you something. No matter what your budget is, he finds a way to make it work and get results. It’s hard to find that kind of flexibility and reliability these days. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a company that delivers and stands behind what they do.

So great to work with. They have given me back oodles of my time. I even have a personal rep. Christine is amazing. She really cares about me.
