Skip the online chat and go see Ali. After wasting hours the previous night going in circles with the Verizon chat app and getting absolutely nowhere, we walked into this store ready for another headache. Instead, we got Ali, who is an absolute rockstar. He took one look at our issue, knew exactly what to do, and had both affected devices perfectly fixed within minutes. He was incredibly friendly, highly knowledgeable, and just all-around awesome to work with. He turned a completely frustrating situation into a fantastic experience.

After becoming frustrated with errors caused by Verzon's promotional department, I visited Verizon's physical store location at Dulles Plaza.

The service I received from Aaron Helmbrecht was top notch and greatly appreciated. Aaron took the time (a lot of time!) Working with Customer Care to correct the errors to my bill. Aaron was an advocate for the customer as he tried to resolve this situation. Only through Aaron's efforts was I able to get satisfaction on this matter.

Thank you, Aaron. Unfortunately, good customer service is a rarity today; I appreciate the time you spent with me and your professional approach to your job.
