We've worked with Jamin and his team at Integrity Roofing on multiple projects over the past few years here in the Tri-Valley/Bay Area, and every single one has been a great experience. In 2023, they handled a complete reroof along with roofing work for a home addition — a bigger, more involved job — and did it right the first time. In 2026, we called them back for something much smaller, installing roof vents, and got the same level of care and attention as the big job. What stands out most about Jamin is that he does exactly what he says he'll do, when he says he'll do it. That kind of consistency and honesty is genuinely hard to find in this industry. He's also been easy to reach and accommodating whenever we've had questions or needed to adjust something. We trust Integrity Roofing enough to keep calling them for everything roof-related, and we recommend Jamin without hesitation to anyone in the Tri-Valley/Bay Area looking for a roofer who actually stands behind his word.

I recently hired Integrity Roofing Systems to replace the roof on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial estimate through the final installation, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and exceptionally well organized.

Their pricing was fair, competitive, and transparent, making it easy to move forward with confidence. What stood out most, however, was the outstanding communication. Every member of the team was responsive, professional, and kept me informed at every stage of the project, giving me complete confidence that everything was being handled properly.

The roofing crew was courteous, hardworking, and a pleasure to work with. They completed the installation efficiently while taking obvious pride in the quality of their workmanship and leaving the job site clean when they were finished.

Although it’s only been a couple of weeks since the installation, I have every confidence that Integrity Roofing Systems stands behind their work and would promptly address any concerns should they ever arise.

If you’re looking for a roofing company that combines quality craftsmanship, professionalism, fair pricing, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Integrity Roofing Systems without hesitation.

Getting a new roof can be a headache, but Integrity made it surprisingly easy. Their office manager Liz is stellar and their overall customer service is top-notch—constant communication, and very professional crews.

We were impressed by how they managed the logistics ahead of the job and during. They synced up perfectly with our solar installers and managed the "on-again, off-again" schedule caused by the rain with total ease. It’s rare to find a contractor this reliable and proactive.

They also kickoff a text thread the week of the job to ensure any and all updates are handled seamlessly. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

We are completely satisfied with our roof project with Integrity Roofing. We got 5 quotes and Integrity was among the lowest and also the most thorough. The tear-off crew got the whole old roof off in a couple hours and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Eddie, or project manager, checked in routinely. We were all surprised by how much rotten wood was underneath. We hadn't anticipated any. But their crew handled it in stride and got all the repairs made within a day; 15 sheets of new plywood! The extra cost was extremely reasonable. They also found that one of our skylights was broken. We were not aware. But no problem, they replaced it quickly, even putting new trim wood on the inside resulting in a better install than the original. We were also very happy with our color choice - "weathered wood". I've already referred them to a neighbor. Thanks Integrity Roofing!

Wow! We just had our roof replaced by Integrity and we can't say enough great things about them and the entire experience. We obtained 4 quotes and Integrity was not only competitive, but clearly the best choice on many fronts. From quote to demo to installation - everyone was skilled and professional. The communication process was fantastic. Jamin (owner) is committed to the ultimate customer experience. Eddie was in charge of the new roof installation and was over the top with his skill, communications and professionalism. We will definitely be shouting from our new roof top how fantastic Integrity is. They certainly live up to their name. Thank you Integrity!!!
