Daniel and Jay were amazing with all my questions and the work they did. I was skeptical throughout the process but I kept telling them I trust you and what you’re doing. If there were issues I would bring them up later but had none once completed. Highly recommend Site Prep and the two of them. I’m in Charlottesville, VA and had Elite K9 Grass installed. Before and after photos attached. And the clay, oh the Va clay, you can’t grow grass on it and $3k in sod wasted that won’t take. This was the best decision and long term investment I could make for my two pups!

I am extemely satisfied with our new swingset pad! The quality of build exceeded our expectations. Site Prep was able to navigate a steep slope in our yard to deliver a safe/flat play surface.

Jesse, Josh and Melvin worked all day on this job and you could tell they took pride in their craft. They included me at every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied with the outcomes. We made some last minute adjustments to add stairs inside and outside the pad to provide a safe entry/exit which came out great.

I would recommend their swingset pads to neighbors, friends and family. Can’t wait to add the playset soon!

Site Prep are true professionals and deliver a great experience and a beautiful site. Ed was very helpful with providing great pricing options and answering questions. Ben was great with communication and scheduling. Jesus provided a thorough inspection and site review and the work done by Jesse and Melvin was on time and looks absolutely amazing. We are having a shed/greenhouse combo installed where there was once a wasted piece of our property covered in dense brush and overgrown trees.

I considered doing the foundation myself, but at 55 I am no spring chicken. So, I decided to pay to have it done professionally, and am I glad I did.

These guys were absolutely phenomenal! Punctual, super informative, respectful, neat, knowledgeable and efficient.

First they send out a guy well in advance to evaluate and mark the site, so there are no surprises the day they do the installation. The gentleman who did that was a super nice guy.

Then they call to schedule the installation, which was this morning. Two of them arrived exactly when they said they would and even gave several courtesy calls leading up to their arrival.

I am fully aware of the correct way to install foundations for sheds, and these guys did EVERYTHING right with surgical precision. They operate like a fine oiled machine.

As a designer and owner of vacation rental properties, I've managed and GC'd a LOT of projects over the years, and I try to work with the Amish any chance I get. They are just great people — never any egos to deal with, and no walking on eggshells as to not upset them with simple requests/observations. Unfortunately that is what I often encounter with contractors, so it's always refreshing to have this high level of professionalism and common courtesy.

Do not look any further for your site prep needs! Just hire these guys!
