Timely and courteous service, from the initial phone call to the completion of the maintenance procedure. After 2 1/2 years of the stair lift being exposed to all elements, the chair works as good as new.

We had such a wonderful experience through the whole process. We needed a ramp installed in 2 days so that we could bring home someone in a wheelchair from rehab. They heard the urgency in my voice and were there the next day to take measurements and provide a quote. We accepted the quote (which was less expensive than another quote we received). They arrived when they said they would, installed the ramp faster than anticipated. Their employees were courteous and compassionate and had the understanding that our world had been turned upside down. When it was time to remove the ramp, all it took was a phone call and everything was taken care of. They came and removed the ramp when they said they would and did it quickly. If you need a temporary ramp, these are the people to call. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you 101 Mobility!

They are professional talkers, but they don't deliver professional work. They are sweet talkers. I recommend that you don't get any service from them.
They did two projects at my house. The staircase lift had two missing parts; one of them was the most important, which was a steel plate underneath the seat. I called Bruno Company in Wisconsin, and they delivered it to me. I was used to checking the stair lift once a week for the safety of my parents, and I noticed the seat was cracking. When I spoke with Bruno, they said 101 Mobility also charged them $100 for one service after installation, which they have never provided in the past four years.

I was looking into a stairlift company that will sale, install and perform maintenance or if needed to fix it (a one-stop shop). I found 101 Mobility on the web. I was impress with their website. I believe if you have a nice website, the company should be good (that's what I think). I was correct, I entered my information to receive a phone call and they called me back the same day. I scheduled a consultation the next week. The person was very professional and gave us a good presentation. After acquiring a loan from another company, I ordered my stairlift and the following week I was set up with an appointment. We love our Bruno Stairlift. I am so glad we went with 101 Mobility.
