Excellent, professional and reasonably priced landscaping service. They came out and did a great job. Trimmed, cleaned and disposed of everything. They added new red stone to all my beds and did a great job. I’ll definitely use them again! Happy customer!

The young man who came today was very polite and focused. He was very careful around our plants and shrubs and did a thorough job in application coverage and reclosed all the gates before leaving. Before we hired Tru Green our lawn took a lot of work and with both Turf Builder and Weed N Feed prices becoming so expensive, plus the cost and man hours to do constant spot killing of weeds all season long, hiring Tru Green was a no-brainer. Our lawn looks amazing now and we're highly pleased with the results!

Pros: They did a great job with my lawn. They rehabilitated my lawn from almost no grass with sandy soil to a healthy lawn. When they show up they do a great job. I trust them with my lawn. My family uses TruGreen in another state and have beautiful lawns as well so I came into this with trust. So why the two stars?

Cons:
They often don’t show up when they schedule you. Then I have to call to get rescheduled. This is a big headache. I’m on the phone with them a lot! Fixing a lawn problem or correcting a scheduling issue. They always offer me a discounted price for my inconvenience. This has happened so many times now that my price is like half price- which is great but I just want the service delivered! I want to stay with them but it seems this particular branch is having trouble managing their customers and/or their systems have real issues. I get text messages confirming they are coming and then no one shows up.One time they said they showed up and that I was not home and the gate was locked. ALL INCORRECT! I have cameras all over my property: no one showed up, gates were unlocked, I work from home so I’m always home, and I had camera proof.
I HATE writing negative reviews and I always strive to be fair, but in this case there are just more than a few examples of repeatedly not doing their part. Hopefully they will improve and I would definitely give them another shot.

Trugreen is always here when they say and do the work described in their reminder messages. Kenith our specialist was wonderful today, He knocked on the door to let us know he was here and explained what he was going to apply today. We had a concern with a couple areas of our lawn, which Kenith clearly explained what happened. Helpful and very nice company. We have used them for many, many years
