I just want to say how much I appreciated Dr. Tyler and her staff. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They communicated everything clearly and made sure I understood each step of the visit.

Since this was our first pediatric appointment, I had a few nerves, but they really took the time to ask if I had any questions and made me feel completely comfortable. That meant a lot to me.

Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I’m really glad we chose this office for care.

Everything about this experience was amazing!! The staff were attentive and friendly. Dr. Maya was awesome. The location was easy to access and great for kids. My son enjoyed his first dental visit and look forward toto coming back in November for his cleaning.

I called for an emergency appointment after chipping a tooth, and they were able to get me in within a couple of hours. I have pretty strong dental anxiety and made that clear when I arrived. Even though the repair was simple, I was still nervous, but the staff was very empathetic, patient, and gentle throughout the visit.

The atmosphere in the office felt warm and positive, which made a big difference for me. The process was efficient as well—I was in and out in about an hour and a half.

I’ve been looking for a dental practice that understands patients with anxiety, and this visit was a great start. I’ll know for sure after my next appointment, but so far I’m very encouraged. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Thompson of 216 Dental Group is phenomenal. He is polite, professional, knowledgeable and takes his time with his patients, making absolutely sure they understand what's happening with their care and answering their questions. His staff was amicable and professional as well. I was VERY NERVOUS; I had been with my previous dentist- a pro at dealing with "chickens"- for almost TWO decades. This was my first time with Dr. Thompson, and I FEEL AT HOME. Thank you 216 Dental Group!

Second visit, first teeth cleaning. The Staff are friendly, the office is clean, and service is done within reasonable amount of time. I would encourage better communication with their "Standard of Care' process. I was expecting to get my teeth cleaned at my initial visit, instead, I had Xrays and met with Dentist, no cleaning. At today's visit, two.days later, I was told only ny bottom teeth were getting cleaned. I've never experienced that before. I would have liked to have known this ahead of time. Now, I will have had a third visit to the dentist in less than a month!!!

My visit to Seattle a new partial went well. We had to make a minor adjustment to my gum it implement a better fit. We'll see in a few days if the adjustment solved the fit issue. The 216Dental team worked with me in taking this step.

I was there for over four hours.. But they did a lot of work for me, it probably would’ve been a few visits worth in a knocked it all out in one visit. Everyone I encountered was super professional and super friendly!! I would recommend this dental group to anybody!

7/5/25 - UPDATE 2nd visit
I went back today to 216 Dental Group for my root canal procedure, and I had another great experience! I know a root canal sounds scary, but honestly, the entire process was smooth and way more comfortable than I expected. Dr. Thompson and the staff were so gentle, patient, and reassuring the whole time. They walked me through each step and made sure I was okay throughout the procedure. The office was just as clean and welcoming as before, and everyone treated me with such kindness and care. I'm really thankful for the excellent service and the peace of mind they gave me. 216 Dental Group truly takes great care of their patients, and that means everything to me. I’ll definitely continue coming back!
