I have never had such an incredible team as Quality Contracting’s under manager Mike Bonnette following last winter’s ice dam.

Each member of the team he put together…from movers, to those securing all entries with plastic, filtering air machine in place to assure the rest of the house had only clean air moving into it, all floors covered neatly with heavy brown paper; sheet rock replacement professionals, plasterer, and clean up crew were absolutely superb. I had hired my own painter but now know that anyone working on this team would have been top notch as well. From living with a house in disarray for some time after the storm, once this team arrived and worked with such care each step of the way I felt I had my house back, even as work proceeded.

I cannot imagine any group doing a finer job and am extremely grateful for all Mike and his Quality Contracting team did to reassure me along the way. High 5’s to all and so much gratitude for a job well done.

Our experience with Quality Contracting has been very positive and productive. The fire clean up work headed by Johanna was seamless, effective and professional. The team consisting of Luis, Carlos, and Leo handled matters in a neat clean and professional way. No one anticipates nor welcomes damage caused by fire but everyone appreciates a job well done.
Look now look forward to the repair team from Quality Contractors to complete job.

Javier and Jose worked on opening up my ceiling and helped move my furniture. They were very pleasant, professional, clean and thorough. Gio was the PM who was very pleasant and most importantly helpful. I would highly recommend them! Thank you guys!

Talk about turning a disaster into a small inconvenience. First Ice dam ever. nightmare. One phone call and Quality took care of it. They told me what to do. Sent a team over that day to start remediation. I could never have handled all of this without them. Everyone who came to the house was professional, respectful and competent. From remediation to repair, everything was seamless. They kept insisting that they treat all their clients like this, but i sure felt like a VIP. Thank you Quality.

I highly recommend Quality Contracting, Inc!!!. They are an amazing team that calmly helped me through a very stressful time for me. I was very fortunate to have Johana as the project manager during the initial mitigation process. I admire her leadership in a traditionally male-dominant field!! She led an amazing team and everything went seamlessly; we even shared a few laughs through it all. I am now feeling more relaxed as I head into the repair process which I am confident will go just as smoothly with the next team!!

I trusted Quality Contracting as part of MAPFRE Insurance's Select Home Repair program following water damage to my home on multiple floors from a leak. The repairs by Quality were done exceptionally well and on time. Knowing Quality Contracting for a number of years, I contacted them to help with a few items prior to a move we were about to make. They were exceptionally prompt in their response to address the items with which I needed help. From the project management to the various trades involved with repairing our water damage, we had a great experience. They were very accommodating to our needs, extremely professional and respectful while in our home. The final product was fantastic. Our living room looks even better than prior to our damage. I want to take a minute to thank the team of Quality Contracting. We had a small fire in our garage and the team from Quality Contracting came in and cleaned the mess left from the fire and fire department. The team came in, very professional and polite. Respected our property and cleaned the entire area. We enjoyed working with them and I recommend them highly. I would definitely call and consider them for any projects around my home.

Dave was great to work with especially after being in a stressful situation it was nice to know it would all work out. He was very reassuring in a hectic situation. The mitigation team was excellent. They were efficient and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Matt, Sam and Gio did a great job removing the damaged kitchen and drying it alll out for us. Great work Quality!!
