The services I received from Attorney Phan are now where near the negative feedback posted as a review. Attorney Phan was very upfront with me about everything-fees, time, expectations, difficulty portions of the law. Although there are delays they were not prejudicial. Everyone makes mistakes. She appears to be starting out so there should be some leeway afforded. Overall, I received the service I needed in an an appropriate amount of time and costs.

I have recently started working with Victoria during what has been an incredibly difficult time for my family. I’ve just begun the court and filing process with her, and I am looking forward to seeing her expertise shine as we navigate these complexities. I’m hopeful for a positive resolution.

OUTCOME:
I am extremely disappointed with the representation I received.

Throughout my case, court filings were repeatedly delayed, and on one occasion a document was filed with significant errors that I had to identify and correct myself. I found myself reviewing and correcting court documents multiple times before they were submitted. Several motions were filed incorrectly, resulting in the court denying them due to procedural issues.

Communication was also a major concern. Responses to emails and requests for updates were often delayed or nonexistent, leaving me uncertain about the status of my case. I felt that I had to repeatedly follow up just to receive basic information about filings and deadlines.

Most concerning was that my attorney withdrew from my post-divorce matter while a child custody case was still pending. After initially agreeing to represent me, I was informed that the case had become too complicated. This left me in a difficult position during an active custody dispute and forced me to seek assistance elsewhere at a critical stage of the proceedings.

During court appearances, I did not feel that my attorney was adequately prepared or familiar with the details of my case. This was frustrating and undermined my confidence in the representation I was receiving.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this attorney. Clients deserve timely communication, accurate filings, thorough preparation, and representation that continues through critical stages of their case.

THIS IS MY CHILD AND MY LIFE THAT SHE HAS QUIT ON. If her field is to complicated and she don't have enough time, why is she practicing?

There has been a complaint with a third party filled as well as one with the board.

I had an extremely complex divorce case. The attorneys I consulted before finding her were NOT affordable. Victoria came THROUGH for me. I found her to be professional, caring, and thorough. She is skilled with negotiations and will fight for you. I received more than I requested. Thanks Victoria my children and I will never forget you!

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with this attorney. Very disappointing and I feel bamboozled. I will update my review at a later time of the details. For now just be careful. I think she drafts documents well. She just is not good with people at all. I don't know if she has something going on mentally or whatever the case or if she may be on something. It was a odd experience and nothing I ever experienced before with an attorney. I hope things can be resolved soon. She never communicated properly with me at any point. Was my attorney 6 days and racked up random charges. Did not follow through on anything agreed to. She was popping pills during court recess. While I was crying and trying to talk to her. She would not even make eye contact or acknowledge me. She only spoke to me about money. Would not acknowledge anything else about my case or reassure me. Just laughed. She text me twice regarding case. Saying do not be concerned and 1 other thing. That's all. I'm disappointed and now dealing with drama from retaining her. Not just my ex and his crap.

Attorney was too busy to attend the hearing, somehow she thought it was for a different day. She offered to go over everything via zoom the night before but she did not call or send a zoom link. After a sleepless night I contacted her in the morning where she tried to change course last minute and attend via zoom which did not happen. She also told me that having her there would not change the outcome of my case.
The judge was very unhappy and asked if I wanted to proceed without my attorney. I was very disappointed as the defendants attorney filed something last minute the night before and I was left there to deal with it myself. I let her know both of these things and received no response. I would not have hired her had I known this was going to be how I was treated. Fortunately my work covers my attorney costs so I'm not out of pocket but I will be researching my options on how to deal with this.
