This vet clinic was very informative & patient & helpful with the treatment of my lop bunny. Bunnies are exotic pets. He is recovering slowly but well. They called a few days after to see how we were going. It was really gentle, kind & sincere!
Dr. Thusari W. was great & Megan was too.

Extremely friend and professional staff here. I was referred here through Calgary Humane Society and this place has done a wonderful job on my kitty's neutering and vaccine shot. Thank you again for your wonderful work.

This is the most peaceful, personal vet we have ever gone to. Explanations were easy to understand and I was allowed to stay with my dog while she was examined. I only needed to be away from her while they took blood.
It was great that blood test results only took 20 minutes. Sanctuary Vet really is a sanctuary.

The vet themselves are good people and clearly care about animals, however the receptionist has a major attitude problem and will shame you and make you feel like you are trying to take from them for doing nothing but trying to get some answers. Than when you ask to speak to her boss, she makes excuses. She is pure evil. The owner wont even speak to someone to address the problems. Also they are a massive rip off, quoted me 1200-1400 FOR ONE TOOTH! Called my vet in claresholm and they wanted $330! Shop around and dont trust these people!

Affordable and kind! Just started taking our dogs there and its been great! They were slow going and sweet to our guardian dog that gets nervous. We had a great experience! Zaila and Journey say thanks!

My dog is extremely reactive at the vet and grooming ( bad past experiences), and I was tired of being recommended general anesthesia every time we needed nails done. Although here the recommendation was the same due to his size, they were willing to try it without it, and although it took a while and both vets being involved, they managed to do it. I’m extremely grateful to the whole staff for their patience and kindness. Also, for a full consultation, 3 vaccines, 6 months of deworming pills and the nails, I was expecting to pay a hefty amount, but I was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t like other places. And on a Sunday nonetheless. Highly recommend. Thank you so much! Offenbach and family ❤️

I just brought both my cat and dog here and had such a great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and gentle with both of my animals, and you can tell they truly care. The prices were very affordable, which is so refreshing — we need more vet clinics like this! Having I use to work in the veterinary industry for over 5 years myself, it never sat well with me with how much they over charge people.
It’s wonderful to see a clinic that puts compassion and fairness before profit. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend this vet enough — they really know how to handle bunnies! My rabbit, Stitch, recently had a health check-up and his immunizations done here. He behaved so well with them, which says a lot. The staff were gentle, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how to properly care for him and what to look out for in terms of his health. I trust them 100% with his care. It's such a relief to have a vet who truly understands rabbits!

Timothy and Company receive the best exotic pet rabbit care here right from the office staff, thank you Madeleine and everyone, to Dr. Thusari Warnakulasooriya, our loving and kind exotic vet. It’s a privilege I don’t take for granted. Company gets his dental burring done regularly and both bunnies have benefited greatly from care at Sanctuary Vet Hospital. Timothy’s fight wound with Company led to an infected abscess which I had no idea about. Timely care always. I’m super grateful.
