I have a 2018 Mercedes Benz and needed a tow I explained to them I lost my key that was the reason for the tow to the dealership. Upon loading my vehicle they scratched my doors with the trailer that was next to it and damaged our trailer as well and my front wheels are facing different directions wich leads me to believe he messed up my front suspension. Timothy who’s apparently the owner of the company and towed my vehicle denied the damages said it was like that already. I know my car😒and would never blame someone for something that’s not their fault. Little be said I don’t recommend using them because there not professional or honest with there work. Save yourself the trouble don’t call

I was really impressed with the reliability and convenience of DFW Hook It towing & Collision. Their team responded quickly when my car broke down, and the tow truck arrived within minutes. The service was affordable and the crew was efficient, handling everything smoothly. I especially appreciated their responsive customer service and how easy it was to schedule roadside assistance. Definitely a company I’ll call again for any towing service I need. Excited to use them for my next tow.

I needed roadside assistance and called DFW Hook It towing & Collision. They arrived quickly, were reliable and responsive, and kept me informed the whole time. The price was affordable and the whole process was convenient. Great communication and service – highly recommend. Jory took the time to understand the difficult position of my car and went the extra mile in being very careful not to cause further damage, and he didn’t. He got there right on time, I only wish id have called him sooner. He also stayed to make sure id be safe until my Uber showed up. Don’t hesitate to use this towing service.
