not so sure about subtech - went here for a laptop issue recently, and it got messy but they were honest and fair so i went back for my phone. they diagnosed it quickly and told me the repair would cost $120 and be ready in 20mins.

when i arrived for my phone, they didn't repair it, told me it would cost $250 to fix it now and charged me $80 to clean it.

i was hoping it was gonna be a better experience this time.

2 stars cuz the customer service is okay.

Excellent service. Broke my phone in Spain and needed it fixed. They gave me the VIP treatment and had it done for me in under 40 mins. Super nice guys, friendly environment. Phone is "warrantied" by them for one month after the fix. No complaints, highly recommend.

This place is a breath of fresh air when it comes to phenominal service. Idriss, the guy who finally helped me find the screen protector that I had been searching for weeks, had an easy going expertise that anyone can come in and get what they need. Highly recommend

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had the BEST experience at this phone repair shop at 757 Rue Beaubien Est, Montreal. My phone was completely broken and I thought I would have to buy a new one, but they repaired it perfectly — it works like brand new again! The technician gave me amazing customer service, super fast repair, and even stayed an extra hour after closing just to finish my phone so I wouldn’t be stuck without it. On top of that, they gave me free accessories (charger & case) which was such a nice bonus.

If you’re looking for the best cell phone repair in Montreal / Rosemont / Little Italy, this is the place. They fix iPhones, Samsungs, Androids, and more. Honest, professional, and affordable — they literally saved me hundreds of dollars from buying a new phone. Highly recommend this spot for anyone searching for fast phone screen replacement, battery change, or any cell phone repair near me.
