Florian is excellent at what he does. He really took the time to properly assess my problems, and work with me to help with my mobility restrictions. In just one session, Florian's technique greatly improved the mobility in my shoulder which has been a problem for me for years! Florian is kind and professional, and I felt very safe, heard, and seen during our session. Really looking forward to working him going forward!

I had a punched sciatic nerve recently and couldn't recover from pain for three weeks. When I booked a session with Florian I couldn't even expect that only one session would be enough to realise my pain! Excellent service.
I strongly recommend Florian .
I trained with him at home in my gym with dumbbells and boxing set-up.
We did interval training workouts and I managed to loose 15 pounds . We also built up my muscle mass and core strength. I also use his massage services regularly. I have a chronic condition that requires flexibility exercises and mobility work.
Great for my quality of life, really keeps me going at 65. Feels much younger with his help.
