After noticing my refrigerator was running constantly and getting unusually loud, I decided to call for professional help. Finding reliable companies in Kirkland can be hit or miss, but I am very pleased with my choice. The technician was respectful of my home, identified a dirty condenser coil and failing relay, and completed the service efficiently. Everything is quiet now.

With a house full of kids, a broken washing machine is a disaster. I called Monday morning, and they squeezed us in the same day. The guy was super nice and did the repair on the spot. So relieved to have it working again!

Honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had. The guy was super honest and didn’t try to upsell anything. He actually took the time to explain the issue and gave me simple solutions so I could fix it myself. Rare to find that level of integrity these days. Highly recommend.

I’m very satisfied with the service I received. The technician was professional, punctual, and clearly experienced. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the dishwasher and explained the problem in a simple, transparent way before proceeding with the repair.

The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything was left clean and in perfect working condition. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and respectful of both time and space.

I highly recommend this technician to anyone needing appliance repair. Excellent service from start to finish.
