If I could give it 0 I would. Switching w out updating towers is such a money grab. Service is terrible. HORRIBLE. Why am I still paying full price for shittier service. Definitely will be switching providers

Helped me reset my phone after I accidentally downloaded a pdf. I have disabling after a stroke 10 years ago. I really appreciated his kindness.

Went into the store at Oakland MD and Anthony helped us. He was very kind, knowledgeable and helped resolve our issue. Thank you again Anthony (AJ).

This merge is ridiculous!! Service on an iphone is horrible now. Can reach technical support. Is just an open line. I will be looking into another provider. Us Cellular this is the worst decision ever made!!
