A gentlemen named Teddy helped my husband and myself with our phones. He was great with fixing the problem we had. Very nice gentlemen.

I have had US Cellular for as long as I can remember. It was great until they merged with T-Mobile, now it's nothing but problems and they want you to switch to more expensive plans through T-Mobile.

Every visit to this location is a great experience. Micaela is hands down the best—she’s consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and makes sure everything is taken care of no matter what I come in for. She truly makes you feel valued as a customer. Teddy is always great as well and adds to the positive, welcoming atmosphere. Brayden is out of this world, and his energy and service really stand out. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cellular needs!

My husband and I were looking for a new cell phone carrier and we chose the US Cellular located in Cumberland, MD (southend). I usually do not do reviews but I just had to give a positive shout out to the whole US Cellular family there because everyone at that location was awesome, from the beginning of our visit to the end! The manager happened to be the one helping us and she was as friendly and courteous as if she had known us for years. Now my husband and I are not the savviest people when it comes to cell phones and she walked us thru every step to find us the best deal for what we needed. Even a military discount (and we didn't even have to ask for that)! But all in all everyone was very accommodating, well dressed, patient, polite, and I will recommend this location to anyone! Thanks again guys! Keep up the great work!!
