Poor service. Staff was rude, not knowledgeable about their phones/plans, and seemed confused about getting credit for trading in an older phone when purchasing a new phone. Visit another location or try your luck with a different shift.

I signed up for T-Mobile home internet and the speed and reliability were very good. However, I had to contact customer service one time and that lead me to switch back to my previous provider very quickly. Overseas call centers aren't a great idea to start with but this overseas call center was completely incompetent when I called. Had to repeat everything and the representative never did resolve the issue.

I went into T-mobile to add a phone and a tablet. Dylan helped me handle this, and everything went well. Kate, the manager, was very personable and friendly to no end. I really appreciate their help. I will recommend all my family and friends to T-mobile for all their phone needs.

Miracle and Liam helped me a ton the last two days and both were great! I swapped from AT&T after the big network changes they made which caused my new phone to no longer be supported.

Miracle was very knowledgeable and explained all the options I had and Liam got me setup. Both were great and very personable!

I don’t have a lot of experience in switching phone carriers and what not, but I can say that Barry H. and Brandon F. both set the bar pretty high. They take interest in their customers and are fun yet still professional to work with. Both went the extra mile to ensure my mom and I were satisfied before leaving the store. I would definitely recommend working with them if you’re considering switching to sprint!
