Dr. Sarah Zelinski is such an excellent Vet. My cat Grace is so comfortable at Juno as everyone is so kind and warm, thoughtful and thorough. I felt they did everything possible to help me with the issue. My darling girl is doing so much better already thanks to the care and services of Juno Vet.

Best experience I've ever had at the vet!!! My dog struggles with severe anxiety and the vet is a major trigger but we walked in to an immediately calming environment and everyone was so kind and friendly and my doggy got so spoiled with lots of treats. In the past I would gear myself up to have a stressful time at the vet but thanks to Juno I learned today that it doesn't have to be like that!!! Also the treat bar is such a good idea ❤️

If you're thinking about changing your vet clinic to Juno because a private equity firm bought out your old clinic and the service went to sh&t, make the change. You won't regret it. They back up the beautiful paint colours and complimentary bubbly water with a genuinely great vet experience.

I've unfortunately had to bring my cat in four times in the last six months and both me and my cat have been treated so well by all members of the staff at the Kits and Main Street locations. The vets are honest, compassionate, and communicate clearly without being condescending. Support staff are kind and competent (a dream duo!). Pricing is up front, transparent, and reasonable. A payment plan service was made available to me for more costly treatments, and there weren't any predatory financing fees or interest rates. There's a service through their app that gives you 24/7 access to a vet tech in a chat so if you've got a barfing cat at 1 am, you can chat with a real life non-AI human being about it and they won't make you feel stupid for doing so. Most importantly though, my cat just came home from a treatment smelling of someone else's perfume because he'd been getting cuddles while coming out of sedation, which is what prompted me to write this review. Many thanks to everyone at Juno, please keep up the great work.

I took my cat Boris to Juno Veterinary Clinic in Kitsilano for the first time today, and I had a great experience.

From the moment we arrived, the entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They treated Boris with so much care and patience, which made the visit much less stressful for both of us. The staff took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure Boris was comfortable throughout the appointment.

It’s clear that everyone there truly cares about the animals they treat. I’m very happy I chose this clinic and I’m grateful for the excellent care they provided.

Highly recommended!

Outstanding service! Staff were very kind and clear, specially Nathalie at the front desk. It felt like they really cared about our dog, they offered some treats for our him and they have a beverage station with some coffee, tea and sodas.

They also have an amazing app so you can access your pet records. It is intuitive, simple and has a beautiful user experience.

I’ll absolutely come back.
