The best eye doctor and staff ever. The office is immaculate and pleasant atmosphere. The doctor is very thorough and so are the technicians who test your eyes… I recommend that you visit and see (pardon the pun) for yourself. You won’t regret it. In fact, you’ll be glad that you’ve been treated so well. Every doctors office should be run this way!!!

I always get top notch treatment. I thought it was because I was a special kind of girl lol. Until I watched the most up most professional and kind , patient interaction of a parent either great concerns of his son's eye health. He had a million and one question s for the man receptionist who answer with knowledge and patience. In the end the man thanked him for being so kind and patient. I guess I’m not the only one who gets the red carpet treatment. We All Do. Not to forget to add my doctor is truly the best. I never feel rushed.

My father had a wonderful experience with Dr. Krawitz! He was kind, patient, professional, and made him feel very comfortable throughout every visit. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. We truly appreciate the excellent care and highly recommend this office!

I had a great experience at Cohen Eye Institute. I went in urgently for a corneal abrasion and they were able to see me ASAP, which I really appreciated. Dr. Krawitz was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring. The entire staff was also very friendly and attentive. I’m so grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this office!

Nice place. Not a lot of patients in the morning so they took me in quickly. Technician was nice and did a good job. And Dr. Krawitz was also nice and did a good job. Only thing is I wish they opened earlier than 9:30 am and parking could be better than just paid street parking. Still Recommended.

I wear prescription glasses for hyperopia and started experiencing constant headaches, so I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam. The technicians were all very friendly and competent but Dr. Brian Krawitz struck a dismissive and disinterested tone from the get go. He remarked sarcastically to the technician “fascinating stuff” when he read my chart. I described my symptoms to him clearly — headaches after long periods of computer use for my new job. He gave me eye drops and sent me on my way.

It turned out I needed a near-field vision exam, which Dr. Krawitz apparently did not have time or stamina to bother with. The nearest retail store eye doctor determined this immediately! I got a near-field prescription from this other doctor which solved the issue.

On top of this, the front desk told me that my insurance covered my visit, and that I only owed a copay (otherwise I would not have come here). Months later to my surprise a bill arrived for nearly half the total cost.

If you want a doctor who takes seriously his obligation to his patients well-being even when their issues are mundane or not particularly profitable, evidently Brian Krawitz is not your man, and you should look elsewhere.

Dr. Krishna and the crew at Cohen eye Institute are wonderfully professional, welcoming and super knowledgeable. Dr. Krishna takes the time to really explain issues and I find him to be incredibly helpful on a broad variety of subjects in and around the optical. None of this is designed to be an In-N-Out deal. It’s thorough, very caring and holistic.

All the staff at this office is really friendly and helpful. I’m usually greeted by Justin, who always makes me feel comfortable when running tests and taking my eye pressure (least favorite part). He keeps the right balance between professional and personal. Once I had to run back to the office just as they were closing because there was a problem with my prescription. I caught Justin just as he was locking up, and he let me in and helped me out so I could get my prescription. I was so grateful!! Coming in for appointments is a pleasant experience. I trust Dr. Morar’s guidance, and I feel taken care of here.

The staff was very welcoming, especially
Dr. Brian Krawitz. The exams I had were very thorough and the doctor explained everything thoroughly as well. This was my first time going to this establishment and it will be the only place I do go to for any eye exam or vision problems or concerns in the future! I highly recommend this place! I’m happy that the residents of Ridgewood, life myself have such a caring and comprehensive place to go for our vision needs!!!!!

The staff are all professionals, patient, very soft spoken and warm staff right from the moment you enter the front desk. No one has an attitude or is rushing you. The office is very clean, and all machines are updated. I was very pleased with their service. My assistant was Bryan he was excellent.. I also loved that everyone is on task and attentive to the patients. There really isn't much of a wait time. I highly recommend it.
