I went recently for a field vision test and optic nerve picture.
The person giving me these test was less than pleasant. I told numerous times I was extremely hard of hearing, but she continued to speak softly and too fast.Otherwise she was ok and seemed to be knowledgeable of her job.
I have been a patient of Dr. Jahnle for over 30 years. Generally the entire staff are thoughtful and professional.

Had an eye exam and was in and out very quickly. Thestaff from the front all the way to the back were super nice and answered any questions I had throughout the process. Choosing the frames and lenses was simple enough and the glasses even arrived a wk early!
10/10 would come back and recommend!

Have always found the staff from the front desk to the doctors to be welcoming, personable and approachable. I have been a patient for six years and had a few doc changes but the level of service and care remains high. I’ve worn glasses for 55 years and am very pleased with service I get at Jahnle.

I was very nervous when I entered the office as a new patient but that changed very quickly. The receptionists were welcoming and very friendly. The medical staff were also warm and compassionate. Dr. Jahnle was so very kind and truly interested ! He listened very carefully and had such an easygoing manner about him~ so easy to talk with. I had several questions and he took the time to answer them all. His approach to my glaucoma was totally different than what had been suggested by my previous doctor and I had been worried for several months. Dr. Jahnle was so reassuring . I left feeling that a very heavy weight had been lifted from me. I feel so blessed to have had this wonderful practice recommended to me . I am very grateful.

Kelly Krespan was referred to me by a friend and is a real blessing: knowledgeable, patient, and calm. Every eye condition I have had in the last three years she has diagnosed quickly and accurately, with confirmation from the specialists I have seen since. She recommends what's best for the patient, even if it's care outside of this practice. Moreover, I never feel rushed despite asking tons of questions at in-person appointments and by portal.

I've recommended other people to the practice; my parent now goes to her after a problematic experience at another practice.

I'm not happy with the Jahnle communications. Overall the people that I dealt with were very nice, especially the doctor but not happy about being billed for something I did not ask for. They asked me at the desk about some type of eye exam that cost extra and I said I would pass on that. Not knowing what this test was I'm told they did that test so now are billing me for it. I just came back to Jahnle so I may now be going somewhere else next time.
Update: I'm changing my rating from 2 to 5 after calling their office and they did a few things good companies do. The person I spoke with was super nice and explained things in detail very clearly. She also followed up with the Doctors and discussed the problem with them. They are going to adjust my bill as well as a courtesy and resolve their communication problem. That's how good companies do well and stay in business. Great job!

Dr Jahnle and his staff are amazing. From the time you walk in the door and by the time you exit from your appointment the staff is amazing. Before seeing Dr Jahnle his assistant Michele is totally awesome. Explained everything that was going to happen and had the best attitude to make a nervous patient feel so relaxed. Dr Jahnle himself spent the time needed to explain everything that went on in the appointment and made sure all was understood.

I have been going to Dr. Jahnle for decades. I brought my children to him 30 years ago. He also did my very successful cataract surgery some years ago, and I go for annual checkups. He and his staff have always been competent and caring. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience here. I had not been to an eye dr in many years- Zach gave me a thorough explanation of everything and everyone was so very understanding, kind, and patient with me because i had my 5 mo old baby with me at the appointment. The front office staff at Jahnle Eye Associates is very helpful and friendly. The technician Eva was quite knowledgeable and very nice to chat with, too. I met Dr. Zachary T. for the first time, and he was a delightful man and knowledgeable as well. I like the care I receive at this practice. I have been coming here for many years, and I will continue to do so. They give very thorough eye exams for both the health of the eye and the vision needs.
