Wish I could do less than 1 star. Never even saw a doctor. Was told to go to a walk in clinic. Told that there are no walk in clinics and the administrative lady would not listen. Would not even allow me to explain my circumstances to the doctor. 0/5, significant waste of time.

Very respectful, and professional. After filling out the required information, I received a email notification that my appointment would be the following morning. Considering that I filled it out at 3 pm the day before it was greatly appreciated having a response so quickly.

Very pleased. Attendant was very pleasant. Didn't have to wait long. Doctor was very professional. Internet reception was good. Definitely recommend your service. While I would prefer a health care provider of my own, this service relieves the stress of becoming ill. Being 74 years of age, anything can go wrong. However, I am very healthy.

Terrible service! Yes, you'll get an appointment right away, but it'll probably just end up being a waste of time. All the doctors I dealt with were rude and none of the referrals I asked for were ever sent, even after following up with them.

A cold turned into a sinus infection. I have cancer and my medical condition deteriorated quickly. I'm just not able to go to urgent care or KGH to wait more than 12 hours to see a doctor. I simply cannot do that anymore, I'm too sick.
On Thursday I called Guardian Medix Pharmacy to schedule a virtual health care appointment. I was given an appointment the next morning. I went in, we discussed my condition, I was prescribed antibiotics to start immediately and I'm already feeling a bit better. I am so grateful!!
The health care services in Kingston are very, very bad. If you can endure sitting in a clinic for 13+hours, you will eventually receive care but my health is so poor, I can't.
I am extremely grateful for the prompt health care service I was provided through Guardian Medix Pharmacy. Thank you so very much.
I highly recommend it.

After requesting an appt and filling out the online form, I received a text with my appt that was within the hour! I logged on to my zoom phone call and was seen right away! The doctor I had was very friendly and knowledgeable. They faxed my antibiotic to my nearest pharmacy. And I forgot to mention this was on thanksgiving monday! Where most places are closed! Very happy with this service
