I went to go tour these apartment last week and I must say they are by far the best community I have toured in a while. I'm currently looking for a temporary place to stay until I purchase a home and this community definitely is a place where I wouldn't mind being in long term. Kelly was great! Very informative, helpful and most of all personal. I'm really considering make this community my future home.

Living at Cortland Bayport has been a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well cared for, but what really makes this community stand out is the people who work here.
I especially want to recognize Lady and Asley for always being so welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Their professionalism and positive attitude make a real difference and make residents feel valued. The maintenance staff also deserves a lot of credit—they are efficient, dependable, and do an excellent job keeping everything in great shape.
Another thing I really enjoy is the effort the team puts into building a sense of community. The recent pool event was a perfect example. It was fun, well organized, and gave everyone a great opportunity to meet and spend time with their neighbors.
It’s nice to live somewhere that offers more than just a place to rent—it actually feels like a community. I truly appreciate the work that Lady, Asley, and the entire Cortland Bayport team put into making this such an enjoyable place to live. Definitely a community I would recommend!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kelly at Cortland Bayport! From the moment we started our tour, she was incredibly welcoming, kind, accommodating, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right apartment.

Kelly made the entire apartment-search process feel SO easy. She took the time to show us everything we needed to see, answered all of our questions, helped us explore different options, and really made sure we could picture what it would be like to actually live at Cortland Bayport. We never felt rushed or pressured…she made the whole experience comfortable, exciting, and honestly enjoyable.

We had been looking at different apartments, but after our experience with Kelly, choosing Cortland Bayport became an incredibly easy decision for us. A beautiful community is one thing, but having someone represent it the way Kelly does makes such a huge difference. She gave us such a positive first impression of what we can expect from the community and the people who work there.

To the management at Cortland Bayport: Kelly deserves ALL the recognition (and a raise!! 😂). If you want prospective residents to fall in love with this community, send them to Kelly! Please recognize her. She is absolutely amazing at what she does, and I truly don’t think our decision would have been nearly as easy without the experience she gave us.

I would like to recognize Cristhian for his excellent work. He was always very professional, respectful, and prompt in addressing any issues in the apartment. It is clear that he genuinely cares about helping residents and doing his job well. Every repair was executed perfectly, and he consistently maintains a positive and friendly attitude.
