AC Plus is a qualified company that does good work, but for a property management company that takes care of properties for RE Investors, that has to watch costs at every step, they are a bit pricey. I had to limit their involvement to their evaluation service fee which was reasonable, but their repairs and replacement cost were more than my owner could bare and chose another company that was much more affordable. I suppose for the average home owner their pricing is ok.

Steven with AC Plus was fantastic. He came in with a friendly attitude, and was very helpful with all our questions. He serviced our unit and was very thorough in his explanations of how our system was and what we needed. As new homeowners in the high desert, my wife and I are very pleased with AC Plus and will continue to work with them for all our AC/furnace needs.

Starts with an AI bot that takes your info and when you need a tech to come out.

Then the following day they call back because the AI scheduled an appointment that cant be done. We'll have to push it out a couple of days.
(They also need all your info again because the AI bot didnt actually collect it)

THEN the following day
Actually just literally no appointment for you- our apologies.

I mean- could a business offer a worse experience? Not only did they not help at all. They actively held us back from finding real assistance
