Our AC unit is old and we were under the impression that it needed to be replaced- until these young men came to our very messy house and thoroughly checked out our units and ducts. I was relieved to hear that our unit was an oldie but goody and that it is in fact still working. Its wires were simply crossed. They were even able to get more air into my son’s room. Seriously top notch customer service and work. Extra points for their sense of humor and efficiency. They mean it when they say “no fuss with the plus.”

I called on Friday afternoon for service for our air conditioner and was able to get an appointment for the following Monday.

Ten minutes before the service window began, Joe Ramirez called to let me know that he was on the way.

He was professional and courteous. We described the issue, and he was able to diagnose an unusual problem. He explained what was going on. He was very knowledgeable, and his explanation was clear and easy to understand.

He was very pleasant to talk to. He seemed to truly enjoy his job. We really appreciate the positive attitude.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional AC repair. Both Matt and Sean were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process.

Our rooftop air conditioner went out during an extreme summer heat wave, leaving my family without AC. Thankfully, they were able to schedule an appointment for the very next day and quickly diagnose the problem.

Everyone I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful, and they were able to get Sean out to our home quickly. Even better, they had the necessary parts on hand, allowing him to complete the repair without any unnecessary delays.

Their pricing was reasonable, especially considering the quality and speed of the service. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines professionalism, expertise, and fair pricing.

I will absolutely be calling them again for any future heating or air conditioning needs and would confidently recommend them to friends and family.

Robert, Steven, Isaiah were amazing. Kind, courteous, professional, caring, amazing at there craft. They aren’t about selling you on things that are not needed. They are true to their word and do what is right for the customer. They take their time and do it right the first time. First visit and estimate-Matt made it easy to understand and decide which way to go on system and financing. He was honest and knowledgeable. Richard and Diego worked hard to expertly install my HVAC system. They were polite and they did beautiful work. Very impressed and happy I went with AC Plus.
