Great service! Great people! Recently my AC stopped working. I called Kyzar and immediately was very impressed by Scott, who returned my call, and kept me informed. Because this happened on the weekend, getting parts was impossible. I worked with 2 technicians and both did their upmost to get my a/c working - Corey and Devon. I highly recommend both of these men!!

Technician Dee came out for our six-month maintenance service and was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He took the time to clearly explain the recommended services and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I am very happy with his customer service.

We purchased our AC unit from this company five years ago, and overall the service has been reliable. When we purchased a new unit, we hoped it would reduce the need for frequent additional costs. However, it does feel like every six months there are additional parts or services recommended that require extra payment. It would be helpful if continued customers could receive more discounted pricing on parts and services.
