I had my first-ever physio experience at Ossington Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Centre, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better one.

Everyone on the team is so friendly and welcoming that I always felt taken care of, rather than like just another patient.

Dr. Glenn is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what’s going on, why it’s happening, and how the treatment will help. I really appreciate how thorough and genuine he is.

I always look forward to my chiropractic treatments at OCR, from the excellent care and treatments from Dr. Birch to the very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere (the tea in the waiting room is such a nice touch!) I came to the clinic with chronic and debilitating tmj, headaches, and neck pain, and from the first visit, I felt relief due to Dr. Birch’s knowledge on what was going on, and how to best go about treatment. A couple of months later, I feel such relief both physically and mentally as my headaches are totally gone, and major improvements otherwise, to the point of my symptoms being virtually gone and more so at the point of maintenance. All that to say I would highly recommend Dr. Birch and the clinic.

I originally picked OCR because I was looking for a clinic in a convenient location, but after almost 6 weeks of physio, I am sooo glad OCR has become a part of my recovery. It’s been such a positive experience all around!

I’ve been working with Austin and have really enjoyed it. She’s super friendly/approachable, knowledgeable, and I’ve definitely seen (and felt) progress. I’ve also seen Damara (RMT) once so far, and I’m planning to book in for acupuncture as well.

Also, shout out to the reception team! They are always so welcoming, and I love that they offer tea when you come in. It’s such a small thing but makes the visit feel so warm - quite literally :)

Overall, just a really great clinic with an excellent team and a comfortable vibe. Definitely recommend!

I have worked through a couple injuries with Daniel and Diane and love them both!!

Diane provides such relief from the tightness that has lead to my tennis elbow with needling.

Daniel is the perfect chiropractor if you are scared of chiropractors. He does a lot of soft tissue work to ease tightness and will only do corrections if you feel comfortable.

Both of them are so knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend!

This place truly deserves 5 stars. From the way patients are welcomed, the beauty of the place, to the professionalism of the team, everything is perfect. Two physiotherapists helped me with my rehabilitation after ankle surgery, and their precise advice and encouragement allowed me to return to the same level of sport I had before. I’ve been going to OCR now for years. They always have the best most professional staff. I had seen other practitioners before coming here and OCR is by far my favourite. Each practitioner does a mini re-assessment at every appointment to make sure you are getting the best care possible. They really ensure that treatment lasts the entirety of the appointment time and always communicate the best timelines on when to see you again. I cannot recommend them enough!

I had disc herniation and sciatica, and it took me multiple trials and errors and nothing worked until I visited OCR and worked with Dr Glenn. He analyzed and understood the situation and affected areas and explained all the treatments in great detail. Not only did my pain start going away and mobility improve, but also I learned a lot about my body and how to continue keeping it healthy and safe in the future.

The exercises we discussed were unassuming but built up a lot of strength and confidence. I can now touch my toes again after 6 months of pain and restricted mobility. Thank you so much for healing me ☺️

I have been going to OCR before OCR was OCR. I followed Dr. Glenn, co-owner and Chiro and Acupuncturist, for treatment from a med clinic on King St - to his home clinic - to OCR where I see him today. Not only is he super lovely, kind, and caring - I find he is a bit of a genius when it comes to anatomy and functionality. I also have seen Dr. Birch at the clinic and am so impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and skill as well. Susan and the Front Desk are top notch as well. One of the things that keeps me coming back to OCR (besides the exceptional skill of the practitioners) is that I always feel really taken care of there by Susan, Glenn and the whole team. I know that if I'm not OK, they will be there to help me. Caring and creative problem solvers! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with OCR and specifically with physiotherapist Diane Kim. The physical space is very nice. Appointment scheduling and invoicing were all very smooth. Diane is an excellent practitioner. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining her diagnosis, her treatments, and the rationale behind both. I appreciated how she always adapted her input to match my goals. Highly recommend!
