This clinic is the best and people who works here are very nice. Specially, Michelle Chua who is passionate and very helpful. She is always check on you and ask you if you're ok and one of the receptionist name Cynthia is also the best. I also want to thank the whole Pt Health physiotherapy team for their wonderful care, with kindness and professionalism, which makes the clinic feel warm and welcoming. Everyone on the staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely supportive. Thank you all for everything!!! I had been to different physiotherapy clinic but for me this clinic is the best ever!! I cannot say enough good things about the staff, the facility and the caring experience I encountered at Main and Gerrard Physiotherapy. Up beat, happy and helpful describes the staff interactions. The facility is clean, bright and professionally managed from Hadi, the Physio guru, to the ladies at the incoming desk to the therapists in back. A special shout out to Neha who guided me through knee replacement therapy with a smile and humour. Even my screams and tears of agony couldn't shake her calm and caring demeanour. I left each session smiling and looking forward to a return. I feel like Tiny Tim who has thrown away his crutch. Many sincere thanks to all.

Everyone at this location was very friendly and very helpful. Neha & Michele helped me recover from my hip replacement surgery quickly. I looked forward to my visits, as they were always patient and injected fun into the exercises. Hadi who runs the clinic is very helpful & knowledgeable and all of the staff is there are
dedicated & professional. I highly recommend this location.

I've been recovering from ACL Reconstruction surgery and this clinic has been a big part of why that process has gone smoothly.

The team, especially Hadi and Neha, struck the right balance between structure and flexibility. When I was dealing with flexion and muscle inhibition issues, they gave me the space I needed rather than pushing me through it. That patience paid off. Within a week or two, my knee had recovered on its own pace and I was back on track. They kept my goals in sight the whole time without ever making me feel rushed.

Hadi's encouragement was a constant throughout. Hearing "you're doing so well" at the right moments genuinely kept me going. Michelle also deserves a mention for always checking in on everyone and bringing some much needed conversation to the room. It's a small thing that makes a big difference. The warm, welcoming atmosphere from the whole team made each session feel supportive rather than clinical.

I wasn't sure what to expect post-surgery, but ACL rehab is mental as much as it is physical and this team made sure I was always under great care. They set the bar really high. Knowledgeable, caring, and always helpful. Highly recommend this place!

I visited this clinic for my severe knee pain. My physiotherapist Mr. Hadi was extremely experienced,knowledgeable and professional. His treatment plans are personalized and effective. His staff also wonderful,professional and very accommodating.

I truly felt cared,supported,motivated and confident throughout my treatment. My knee pain has significantly improved.

My special thanks to Mr. Hadi & Ms. Michelle (Physiotherapy Assistant).

Front office staff's (Ms. Cynthia and Ms. Marjana) are very helpful and friendly.

This clinic is well organized and clean.

I injured my left ankle visited this place based on distance from my home and review I read online, I am glad I made a wright choice. The clinic is very clean, well organized. My experience of treatment at Main & Gerrard Physio was excellent. It’s amazing how the simplest of tiny exercises made just a huge difference. Staff is professional, kind and courteous. I watched how they treat all their patients with kindness, care and empathy while explaining benefits, demonstrating correct positions and pushing for best results. A gentle but firm touch.
