Early this spring my wife and I were looking for a general contractor in the Fredericksburg VA area. A realtor we know recommended Zen Enterprises to put a large addition on our house and remodel the rest of the house. The addition added two bedrooms and one bath to the house. They also remodeled the kitchen and both of the other bathrooms They helped us out great passing on their contractors discounts. The job turned beautiful and we would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I hired Zen Enterprises last spring as a general contractor to add a two story addition to our house in Fredericksburg VA. They also remodeled our kitchen and both bathrooms. The job turned out much better than we expected. The house was reappraised for insurance reasons and came in at another $350,000. We were very happy with the entire job and would recommend them to anyone.

Last year we called several General Contractors in Spotsylvania to remodel an old house that I inherited from my grandparents. After interviewing and checking out several references Zen Enterprises was our best choice. They replaced the roof, all the windows, and the old wood siding and replaced it with energy efficient siding. All the flooring was replaced with hardwood floors except the bathrooms and kitchen which we did tile. The interior was repainted and both bathrooms and the kitchen were remodeled with new appliances. The house turned out gorgeous and reappraised for almost double. What a great team to work with. If you looked at the house before and after you would think it was a different house. Thank you Zen Enterprises.

Zen Enterprises put an addition on my house along with a front porch in Fredericksburg Va. Zen Enterprises were recommended to us as one of the best general contractors in the Fredericksburg area. We were very happy with the job from start to finish. Gerry was very helpful with designing everything so it flowed with the original house. They also kept in our budget. Thanks again

We bought an historic farm in King George last summer that was over 200 years old. Zen Enterprises gutted and completely restored the home including leveling floors, upgraded electric, HVAC (new), plumbing, windows, etc. But the most important part to us was that they achieved this while restoring and reclaiming as many of the original materials as possible. They managed to give us modern functionality while maintaining the historic feel and look of the house that truly makes it home. We are incredibly pleased with the quality of work and the care and attention to detail and our specific wishes.
