I’m writing this review to say Dr Wissam Dimachk at Warren Podiatry is the best! If I could give 6 stars I would. When you walk into the office it looks very clean and professional. The secretary was very friendly and helpful. I had to see Dr D as a new patient yesterday to get a big toenail removal. Of course I was nervous about the pain for the procedure. Dr D was friendly and the perfect mix of professionalism, and calming my nerves by talking to me. I felt almost no pain, just a little, which pleasantly surprised me. Last night after the procedure of course my toe was throbbing and painful. I was expecting that for the first 3 days at least. Well I woke up this morning, less than 24 hours later and barely and pain at all! I can’t believe it. Which means he did an exceptional job. I know this is a long review over a toenail removal, not surgery, lol but I’ve dealt with not so great doctors and the past so when I interact with a good doctor I will let it be known!! Thank you doctor D!

0 stars if I could. The staff at this office is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Their number is still listed under doctors who no longer work there, and when you call with questions, the women answering the phone are immediately nasty and dismissive. I asked the first lady if there was anyone else I could speak to she said no. When I asked to file a complaint with a manager, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone else (even though the first lady told me I couldn’t speak to anyone else), and this second woman told me she would “relay” my message to her boss. When I asked for a direct email or contact, she told me they don’t have one. Completely unacceptable customer service — avoid this place at all costs.

I have never met such a companionate doctor! He truly cares for his patients and trying his best to not cause pain! Especially for big babys like me. He just did surgery on my foot and the pain is 90% less already. I've dealt with so much pain in the last 2 years at least. So glad I went for a second opinion! I just cannot say enough about him and his staff! Better believe I passed his info to my niece who was told she would be handicapped in her foot forever. She is very young. Too young to be told that. If anyone can help her it will be Dr Gene J. Caicco! Thank you sir! You truly are the best! XOXO

I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Caicco for a toe problem. I walked into the office and explained my problem and was asked if I would like to see Dr. Caicco immediately. Of course I said yes and 30 minutes later I was being provided treatment.

Dr. Caicco is pleasant and professional and provided me with immediate relief. I thank him and the office staff for their compassionate care.

Dr. Caicco is truly a fabulous physician. His calm demeanor and proficient knowledge of feet is outstanding. I've had several surgeries performed by him as well with no complications. He's always genuinely concerned and answers every question. His staff is also remarkably kind, professional and always considerate. Wish he could be my regular family doctor. 10 stars for sure!!!!

I had my first visit to the 12 Mile location today and I just had to share my experience. The front desk staff were all so kind and welcoming. The medical assistant was very sweet as well. My appointment was with Dr. Spriet and she was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and personable. She made me feel super comfortable and we came up with a game plan for my foot issue. I'm very happy to have found her office. Great people working here, who really care. Thank you!!
