For the second time, I needed disaster restoration services. Last night I had a Pinole leak that created a small mess in my game room. This morning I had it repaired and immediately called in-flood it! In 40 minutes, the first guy, Greg shows up. Less than 10 minutes later, two trucks and 3 more guys walked in. All pleasant, kind, and professional. They explained their process from start to finish and got to work! In no time, the wet carpet was out, the lower part of the wall was cut, and all the equipment to get the area dry was in place. They photographed and documented everything for my insurance claim. I would also note that not only were they all professionals, they looked professional. To me, that shows pride. You can’t teach pride. I could go on and on but if you need disaster restoration, do not hesitate to call these guys! First class operation.

I had a drain overflow in my basement gym and called Un-Flood-It Emergency Water Removal in Tarentum, PA. From the moment they arrived, the team was courteous, professional, and extremely friendly. They quickly extracted all of the water and did a thorough cleaning of the entire basement area. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with and the results were outstanding. Outstanding job on my water damage and mold remediation . Greg ( VP ) provided all options and data to get the process started. Answered all questions and appraised all needs to get the job done . The Un- Flood it crew arrived the next day on time and introduced themselves and began work immediately. Ken , Tyler , Richie , Boyd and Devin were professional, showed a great work ethic . They worked well as a team and were respectful of property and customer. I highly recommend this excellent company.

I would highly recommend Un-Flood-It to anyone experiencing water-related issues. My insurance adjuster had spoken highly of them, and I can see why. I spoke with Greg on the phone on a Thursday, and he came out the next day to do an assessment. Greg was very knowledgeable, extremely patient with all of my questions, and informed me that he would deal directly with my insurance adjuster. I really appreciated that he took the lead by communicating with the adjuster and coordinating with the plumber. Boyd and Devin were the technicians on the job, and they were professional and efficient. I appreciated Boyd’s text communications throughout the days that he needed to assess how the drying process was coming along. The communication and professionalism of the team was all-around top notch, and much appreciated during this stressful time.

Had an awesome experience with the Un-Flood-It crew. From the beginning with Gretchen answering their phones quickly, Greg calling me back and helping get clean up set up and answering my questions, to Logan and Ken doing the work. They were all very professional, helpful, and efficient. We had a sewage back up in our garage and now it looks (and smells) like it never happened. Thankful to the crew!

Best water damage restoration company for insurance claims — hands down.
I had a burst pipe in one of my rental properties in Tarentum, PA and needed emergency water removal and water mitigation fast. Un-Flood-It showed up within 2 hours, performed immediate water extraction, and had the damaged materials removed the same day. Their response time and professionalism were outstanding.
The water also got into my furnace and ruined the control board, which could have caused major additional damage. Ken, Boyd, Logan, Brennan, and Greg quickly set up an industrial heater and drying equipment to restore heat and start the drying process right away.
What really made the difference was how well they handled the insurance claim process. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster, stayed organized, and documented everything properly — which made the claim go smoothly. My adjuster even said Un-Flood-It is the best in the business, and after seeing their work, I completely agree.

I contracted Unfloodit to remediate mold in my basement and encapsulate a crawl-space at the recommendation of my functional doctor and mold inspector. Greg was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly detailed and explained both the process and the why's behind the process and patiently answered all of my many questions about the work, and about what other things I should consider and / or do to ensure a safe living environment in the entire house. His crew (Ken, Boyd, and Devin) were all pleasant, communicative, and helpful. They did their work with excellence and fulfilled all the points of the contract...despite the tight squeeze in the crawl space and hauling things up and out through a tiny staircase. From A to Z they dealt with every aspect of the situation in the basement - removing all wooden cabinetry, compromised appliances, junk in the rafters, old drywall; and removing, cleaning, and saving electrical outlets and circuitry which had been in the pantry dry wall. They cleaned everything within an inch of its life, taped over some glass blocks that had cracked, painted over the walls where they removed various cabinets and cork-board. They contained the rooms properly, set down drop cloths to protect my wood floors, cleaned up after themselves, communicated with me daily to give me updates and let me know when they'd be leaving the house after work. Over all, their work was very thorough and well done and gave me great peace of mind that the issues inherited from the previous owner of the home were remediated and the place is now safe for habitation. What a relief to work with a company that goes above and beyond, has carefully thought through every aspect of their process, and is timely, communicative, and did exactly what they said they would. I can't say enough good things about this company. Came home from vacation at 11pm on a Sunday to a broken water line in the bottom of my refrigerator. Water had been pouring out for days. A live person took my call at 1130pm on a Sunday and a crew of men, trucks, vans and equipment were at my doorstep at 730am to begin removing water and damaged materials to make sure no mold would grow. They had nice clean well maintained truck, tools, and equipment. They were kind and courteous to our family as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.
